(Beginning of season 4)(Tara POV) Setting up a camp outside the city, I stay by Eghars side as she heals .Eghar eventually heals from her wounds, flying back to the barracks and her makeshift den. With mother and Joffrey's visits, I have caught up with events. Sansa is to marry Tyrion, Loras is to marry mother and Margery is to marry Joffrey. Mother has let us know that uncle Jamie has returned home. Having been on along journey and lost a hand, Uncle Jamie has taken time to recuperate. Today I finally get to see him again. I sit in the garden, watching Eghar flying over Kings Landing, uncle Jamie and a woman in armor, approaching me. I stand up, walking to uncle Jamie. "Uncle Jamie." I greet, "Tara, more dragon like then ever." He tells. I hug uncle Jamie, Jamie hugging me. "I missed you." I murmur. "I missed you too." Jamie says. I pull away, looking over at the woman in armor, Jamie stepping toward her. "Tara, this is Brienne of Tarth, she brought me back to King Landing." He explains, Lady Tarth bowing. "Lady Tara." She says. "Brienne of Tarth, thank you so much for returning Jamie to our family. Jamie is like a father figure to me, so you have my gratitude. Anything you ask for I will do my best to get it for you." I admit. "Thank you, your grace. Your uncle tells me you train with a sword." Brienne says. Uncle Jamie and uncle Stannis have had me training with a sword since the moment I could hold one. "Yes, I would be honored to spar with you if you would wish it." I say. "I'd be happy to practice with you your grace." Brienne responds. A roar turns our attention to Eghar, who lands on a large area of the garden. I turn back to Jamie and Brienne both looking shocked at Eghar, Brienne more. "Her name is Eghar, my sister in family and battle. Come closer, meet her." I tell, Brienne, Jamie and me walk up to Eghar, me petting her head. "Magnificent." Brienne compliments, "If you would like to fly with me, I'd be happy to. Though I haven't had a person brave enough to join me." I offer. Brienne walks closer to Eghar, lightly touching his scales, Eghar growling. Brienne pulls her hand away, "Perhaps another time." She says.
(Tara POV) Wanting to get to know my sister in law, I decided to spend time with Margery Tyrell. I have asked to help her plan the wedding with her grandmother, Olenna Tyrell. I walk into the garden, seeing Olenna and Margery looking over necklaces. Sending her ladies off for a task, Olenna puts her hands on mine when walk under the canopy. "Tara Targaryen, I'm so happy to meet you at last. You know I was suppose to marry a Targaryen myself. But one night with my late lord husband sealed my marriage to him. Now here we are." Olenna says, sitting down with me, Margery sitting across from us. "How are wedding arrangements going?" I ask. "Awful." Olenna answers without hesitation. "Perhaps I should have Joffrey choose my necklace, enter with a string of sparrow heads." Margary jokes. "Careful with that, not just with lady Tara but in this place." Olenna mutters. "When Margery Tyrell walks into the Sept of Baelor in a fortnight she will inspire 1000 songs." Olenna Tyrell let's out "You know I think I have a necklace perfect for you. Red rubies with gold accents, not too flashy though." I say. "Oh keep it for yourself, Margery needs something, new, flashy and dazzling." Olenna explains. "Grandmother!" Margery exclaims, blushing, "I understand. I wanted to start Joffreys reign with me flying into King Landing. And that's just what I did. Though I probably scared some citizens to death." I laugh, Margery and Olenna laughing too. Turning to approaching footsteps, Brienne of Tarth stands in front of us. "My word." Olenna let's out. "My ladies. Pardon my interruption, my name is Brienne of Tarth." Brienne introduces. "I know who you are, heard all about you, but hearing is one thing. Aren't you just marvelous, absolutely singular. I heard you knocked my grandson into the dirt like the silly little boy he is." Olenna comments. "My lady Margery if I can speak to you in private." Brienne asks. "You dare not refuse." Olenna demands. Margery turns to me. "Have to wait for that dazzling necklace." I say. Margery and Brienne walk off. I face Olenna. "Let me see." leaning back in her chair as I do the same." Flying, burning, battling in battle of Blackwater bay, that's incredible." Olenna compliments. "Eghar did all the work." I say. "To ride a dragon is no small task my dear. More then some men have done in a century. Though I do hear about dragons across the sea. Daeyners Targaryen ,your aunt if I'm not mistaken." She tells. "Younger dragons then Eghar but dragons all the same. I don't know if I should fear them or admire and want to meet them." I admit. "All the same, their across the sea and were here." Olenna states.
