My walls were up,
I wasn't looking for anybody new,
They all just let me down,
My hearts been broken a million times before,
I've cried myself to sleep a thousand times before,
I've tried to trust but I end up falling apart,
I don't know what you did but I let down my walls,
I've never had a friend like you,
You call me baby girl and always support me,
You wrap me up in warm hugs,
You're the hardest thing to let go of,
But maybe we won't have to let go,
Nobody bothers to care about me,
But you do,
I'm starting to trust you,
Please don't break me from the inside out,
Give me peace of mind,
I'm scared to give you my friendship,
