— I only light up when cameras are flashing —
     For a long time, Jess had wanted to be a tour photographer and now she finally had the chance. Her brother's band was touring again and were on the hunt for a new photographer and when Luke brought up the fact that his sister was one all of the boys jumped to an agreement that they would let her be theirs.
Jess had grown up living at concert venues constantly going to the shows that were held around her. She had always been enthralled by music and during high school, she picked up concert photography. Making the decision to move out to Los Angeles to pursue a career was a hard choice even if her very own brother was already living out there. The two siblings were never really extremely close due to the issue that when Luke's career took off Jess herself was only starting high school causing a strain on their previous closeness. One day she decided to just make the final decision that she would be moving away. On one hand, there was more availability in LA for Jess' career path but on the other, it meant that Jess would see her brother —a positive— but would also have to see his friends who she didn't particularly like. 
     Things had been complicated between her and them; she thought of them as assholes for the most part and seeing the five of them in her apartment wasn't something she had enjoyed.
