Chapter 18 (flashback)

Darkness POV: "How long till we got until we get to the next base?.."

Faye: "Few more miles give or take?"

Darkness: "This is going to be awhile"

Faye: "Infantry up ahead, get down"
Both of them would get down in the mud and slightly roll in it to camouflage their body while Faye especially puts mud on her face because of her white fur

Darkness: "Moment of truth."
I thought as I heard the sounds of infantry come closer.. and then I saw them, it was just only two?!
Surely their must be more unless they are just a scout

Darkness: Looking at Faye out of the corner of her eye, she had the same reaction as me, to kill them

Fayes POV: "Just wait till they walk past us darkness... don't do anything stupid.."
I would see darkness staying incredibly still as one soldier passes by her without knowing that she was next to the soldier

Darkness: Once the soldiers were past her, me and darkness quietly turned around and on cue fired a round at both of them, the two soldiers dropping dead

Faye: I stand up and walk to one of the soldiers and turn him over and take off his carbon mask
"Hey darkness catch"
I would toss her the mask

Darkness: She grabs it and wipes the dirt off it and puts it on her face and adjusts it

Faye: "Happy late birthday dark"

Darkness: "Why thanks, now let's keep moving"
She would walk to the other soldier and take his pistol and his magazines and puts them in her empty pouch

Faye: "Alright on me then"
They would hide the bodies of the dead soldiers and continue walking into the forest, it was now nearly
Nighttime so they quickly picked up the pace until finally they found a cave and took shelter for the night

Darkness: She would put her gear down as it now began to rain
"The rain should conceal the cave for right now"

Faye: "Yea for right now"
I would take a glow stick and crack it and put it in a hole in the ground
"We can have some light, but not too much to give ourselves away"

Darkness: She nods softy and takes her mask off
"How far left we have to go now?"

Faye: taking her mini GPS out i look at the distance left and then back up at dark
"About a mile to go"

Darkness: "All fucking ready?"

Faye: "Yep, proud to be a hyena correct?"

Darkness: "Hell yea I'm proud!"
They would both laugh

Faye: Now let's gets some rest before we go out

Darkness: "Alright also Faye come here real quickly"

Faye: "What for?"
She would quietly walk closer to me

Darkness: Without warning she would kiss me on the lips

Faye: "D-darkness?~"
Giving in with the urge I would have kissed her back for awhile until we pulled away, leaving a saliva trail from my tongue to hers

Darkness: "Now good night Faye~"
She would be softly blushing

Faye: "G-good night to you too darkness~"
I would look away while darkness walks away to go sleep and I would do the same and lay down on the ground and close my eyes
