Sana bent, hands flying to her knees as she panted. She just ran from her dorm to her morning class. She had stayed up all night, watching episode after episode and slept late.As a result she nearly missed her classes if not for the multiple calls by Nayeon which woke her up.
She entered the classroom, cringing at how almost every student turned to look at her.
She glanced forward seeing Mr Han standing there with his arms crossed on his chest, a displeased expression on his face.
She bowed lightly, "Sorry for coming late, Sir." She said and started to walk towards the first empty seat she saw.
"And what would be the reason behind your tardiness?" Her professor asked as he handed her the test paper.
Sana glanced at the paper, "What's this?" She asked, partially because she had no idea what it was and partially because she wanted to change the subject.
Mr Han gave her a disbelieving look, "Don't tell you don't even know about the Calculus test. I announced it yesterday and you were present yesterday, weren't you?"
Sana nodded dumbly, "Yes."
Mr Han gestured to her seat, "Then get started already. You only have half an hour left." He said.
Sana's eyes widened as she went through the test. There was no way she could complete it only in half an hour.
She opened her mouth to ask for extra time but it seems like Mr Han guessed her actions as he spoke just then. "And no, you won't be getting any extra time. It's your fault for coming late." He said, "You're in your last year, Ms Minatozaki, it's hightime to get serious regarding studies."
Sana nodded as she placed her bag on the floor and sat on the chair. She took out her pen and started solving as much questions she could.
Which, sadly, weren't much.
Luckily for her, Taehyung was sitting in front of her. She tapped his shoulder when Me Han wasn't looking and whispered, "Do you know the answer of question 9?" She asked.
Taehyung glanced behind his shoulder and faced forward again, shaking his head.
Sana frowned. "What? Did he just ignore me?" She mumbled to herself.
She looked around the room seeing if she could ask someone else. Her gaze fell on Nayeon who was also looking at her.
"Question 9!" Sana mouthed to her.
Nayeon frowned, "What?"
Sana glanced at Mr Han. Fortunately, he was explaining something to another student. "Question 9!" Sana said again.
This time Nayeon seemed to get it as she nodded and glanced at her paper. She held up two fingers. "The answer is 2." She said.
Sana nodded as she ticked on option C.
"Ms. Im and Ms. Minatozaki, don't think I am not watching you two." Mr Han spoke all of a sudden. "You cheat one more time and you both get zero in this test." He warned.
Sana rolled her eyes at his words. She glanced at her paper seeing how she still had 10 questions left. She glanced at her watch.
She only had 15 minutes left and all the long questions were left!
Having no choice she lightly kicked Taehyung's chair to get his attention. Nayeon is too faraway.
"Hey, can you please show me the solution of question 12?" She asked.
Once again, she got ignored. Sana made a face. What was his problem? Why did he keep ignoring her?
"Taehyung!" She whisper-shouted but got ignored again. She pouted and started solving the questions by herself as much as she could.

"How did your test go?" Mina asked Sana and Nayeon as they walked around the mall.
"Don't even ask." Sana muttered as she rolled her eyes.
"What?" Momo laughed, "Did you get a -10 by Mr Han again?" She said and high-fived Mina.
Sana glared at the two, "Can't believe my so called "friends" are laughing at my misery." She said, "You won't believe what happened back then. That Taehyung is such a cold-hearted jerk!" She uttered, clenching her fist.
"Just because he won't show you the answers?" Nayeon quipped.
"I mean, I called him three times and he ignored me every single time! Can you believe it?" She said, "He could have just said that he won't tell me the answers.
"Why did you even ask him for answers? You know how he is." Mina said.
"Nayeon was sitting too faraway, and he was the only one around me who knew all the answers so of course I asked him. I thought he would tell me after we decorated the hall together but no."
"Well, it seems like your test didn't go well at all." Momo said.
"No shit." Sana replied.
"Anyways," Nayeon spoke, "Have you guys planned to just stand here all day? Let's go to the food court. I am starving." She said.
Momo and Mina nodded as they, along with Nayeon started to walk towards the food court.
"You guys go, I will just quickly buy a couple of things and join you guys." Sana said. It was actually her idea to come to the mall because she had to shop some things but she had completely forgotten about it because of the test.
She walked towards the direction of that particular outlet she usually bought her necessities from. She stopped in her tracks when she saw someone familiar standing a couple of metres away, in front of an outdoor brand.
It was Taehyung, staring intently at a specific jacket. He just stood there and stared neither buying it nor moving away.
She watched him tighten his hold on his bag as he watched someone else buy that jacket. Sana frowned when he sighed and walked away.
"Now he's unhappy. He could have just bought it if he wanted it that much." She mumbled to herself before shrugging.
Why would I care about him? Because of him, she failed her test, she thought.
