Chapter 9: Friendly date

~Luke's P.O.V.~

My phone buzzed and I got it out of my pocket. I slid my finger to unlock it and read a new message.

From: Amandla Stanberg

We're here. Get ready!

To: Luke Hemmings

I took a deep breath. And hear footsteps incoming inside.

~Willow's P.O.V.~

Amandla took the blindfold out and I saw nothing but darkness. Later on, there is a spotlight into me, sparking lights lighten up. I saw how beautiful this place was. Its like a place you always want to see. I can't stop myself turning around, admiring how this place is apparently beautiful.

Someone called my name behind and I turned around. There stood Luke, who has a wide smile on his face, glaring at me.

"Do you like it?" he questioned. I can feel him nervous. I glanced around loving this place.

"No, I love it." I smiled widely to see him staring at me.

"Take a seat." he commanded me guiding me to the seat. I sat and saw this fancy.

"Thanks for being gentleman." I thanked him. I'm confused of what's going on.

"You don't have to. Besides, someone like you deserved to be treated this way." he said.

"Well, you don't use to before." I said remembering our little arguments before.

"I'm sorry for treating you that way. I was being an asshole to you that time." he apologized.

"I forgive you." I forgive him.

"Really?" he asked unsure, nervously.

"Yes, don't you want to be forgiven?" I joked and chuckled.

"I'm just overwhelmed you forgave that fast." he stated. Actually, I'm not that kind of person who is hard to forgive. Just a serious apology from the heart, forgiven.

"However, can I ask you a question?" he asked shyly. The one, Luke Hemmings is shy?

"You already did." I joked.

"Can we be friends? I'm really sorry for what I did, I shouldn't done that." he explained. I nodded. I love having new friends.

"Sure, why not?" he sighed in relief. Food came infront of us.

"Your orders." the waiter said putting foods on the table we're in.

"Thanks." he said handing him the money.

We ate all of it and it taste delicious.

"Lemme take you home." he offered, I think he taught that he's doing it for all what he has done. Well, it's not working. I don't need anything from him, just change his hysterics.

"Sure, thanks." I said. We got up and he opened the door for me. I went in as he sprinted to the other door, and he drove. There was an awkward silence until he broke it.

"We are here." he announced. He guided me to the door and I thanked him. I was about to come in when he held my wrist and turned me around. He gave me a quick hug.

"Can... we go ... out - hang out sometime? You know... like what friends doing." he rambled. He's pretty obvious that he was nervous.

"Yup." I said popping the p and coming inside.

He walked and turned around. He waved at me. I just close the door and ascended upstairs. Coming into my room, I texted Amandla.

From: Willow Shields

Whatcha doin?

To: Amandla Stanberg

She replied quickly.

From: Amandla Stanberg

How did it go?

To: Willow Shields

I can picture her pacing back and forth. Well, I know her pretty much.

From: Willow Shields

He apologized for being a dickhead always to me. What do you thing was supposed to happen, huh?

To: Amandla Stanberg

I bickered as I texted her. I hate knowing people expecting something.

From: Amandla Stanberg

I'm just asking, I'm sorry. I'm going to bed, night!

To: Willow Shields

I shook my head and smirked. She thinks I'm upset, but she was wrong. I put my phone on the nightstand and pulled the duvet under my chin. And sleep.
