Chapter 9

"Come on, Lima hurry up or we gonna be late," Louis shouted as he attached himself to Liam's hand who was busy buying popcorn for both of them. While keeping an eye on Harry, who was standing a bit far from them looking like a ghost his face was pale, dark circles under his eyes talking to Niall they both looked serious cause, a frown was settled on Niall's face and Harry's face was void of any emotion.

"Lou, do you know what's up with them?" Liam asked as he paid for their order. Louis shrugged as he just tagged on Liam's arm and walked towards them.

"Oii, Harry what's your deal?" Louis inquired as they were at an arm's distance from them. Harry just rolled his eyes and turned his face towards the other side.

"Nothing just stressed about uni!" Niall answers on behalf of Harry as he knows Harry won't be able to reply simply either he would explode or reply in a way that will cause a fight between them.

As Niall and Louis talk, Liam observes Harry. Is he really worried about uni? But it doesn't seem like that? Cause Harry seems to be a bright student and every teacher seems to be fond of him? And there is nothing to worry about as they don't have any assignments or exams till the last of next month? Were they even telling the truth? As experience in detecting lies, Liam could tell, they both were lying.

Keeping everything aside something was wrong? How so? well, it was easy to tell as Harry was the most excited one in them who want to see the movie but right now he looks like shit. After all, it was Harry's whole outlook that made Liam suspicious cause it just screams tired and disturbed.

Chill, it's not like Liam love praying in someone's business. No, believe him when he says, he doesn't give a hack but his consequences won't let him sit silently in the new atmosphere knowing damn well that anything can happen with them. So, he needs to know who he can trust and who he can't.

Liam still wanted to overlook all this but the rumors he heard in university just won't let him overlook it. Don't think of Liam as stupid who believe in rumors, he does his inquiry before believing them, cause not all rumors are spread by haters.

Some people are just too stupid to believe the truth and considered them as rumors or theories and the most interesting rumor or theory that goes around the uni is that Harry is involved with some gang and the one that got his attention was that Harry was involved with Styles or maybe his last name is Style.

Liam doesn't know but he wants to know as Louis said what's his deal? Liam smiled at the thought of Louis, he liked the lad but the circumstances he lives in won't let him have a normal relationship with the brunette. He just doesn't want to drag Louis in someone he ain't part of. His brown eyes fall and he looked back at Louis who was laughing and smiling while talking to Niall. He just wants to protect that smile and that shine in his eyes, is that too much to ask? Maybe it is or maybe it ain't. He doesn't know.

"Hey, Liam isn't Zayn coming!" Liam's train of thoughts come to stop as Niall spoke over it and if Harry wasn't paying attention to them before, now his whole focus was on what Liam had to say but Liam's silence got over his nerves.

"Yeah isn't you're coward of a friend coming? Lima!" Harry said with a mocking tone with an eyes role. Liam raised his eyebrow at Harry as his eyes harden, the playfulness in them replaced with something more serious.

"And if you don't mind me asking Harry who are you calling Coward? Because the people I hang around aren't Cowards. yeah? Oh wait but I can't say the same about you!" Liam replied with a soft face as if he didn't just throw a fireball at Harry.

"Liam-" Louis cut off Harry before he could reply with a sassy remark. "Harry, what gotten into you and Liam, I know he started it but at least you talk with some senses, I didn't expect that from you," Louis explained with a disappointed look as he just walked towards the movie hall.
