...

"So how did you find me?" Zayn asked as he took a sip of his red wine.

They both were in a restaurant, Sofia's treat as she wanted to spend some 'quality time with Zayn' and unfortunately the same restaurant where Zayn come a few days ago with Harry. They didn't get the same table or even the VIP room, they were in the regular dining area of the restaurant. Like normal people making Zayn realize Sofia doesn't own the world like a certain someone.

"It wasn't that hard!" Sofia said as she stuff her mouth with a spoon full of fried rice. "Remember in our last meeting you told me you will find me and subconsciously you let it slips that you were changing your residence you said 'I am shifting back home!'" Sofia quoted his very same words. "And we both know a person in his sain mind would never shift to his home for safety purposes obviously, will only shift somewhere near home. Hence the nearest state. London!"

Zayn lifted an eyebrow while looking at her and a smirk pulled on his face. He kept looking at her while she innocently looked at him, a smile constantly present on her face.

"Why now?" Zayn asked as he play around with his Spaghetti Carbonara.

"I think it's about time!" Sofia said with a shrug stuffing her mouth with her rice and fish, avoiding Zayn's eye contact.

Zayn kept looking at her expecting her to explain more, he could tell she was avoiding the topic by stuffing her mouth with food. Sofia senses the awkward silence between them and lets a sigh escape her mouth. She took a big gulp of her beer and finally explained.

"Nana isn't feeling well. Doctors said he doesn't have much time. Before his last breath, he wants to see me on the throne with my faithful husband. Rule the world beside you." Sofia said with a heavy emotional voice. Her eyes glittering with tears, she quickly whipped them and licked her lips, taking a deep breath in. She looked up and sadly smiled at Zayn.

Zayn nodded but didn't ask anything more, but a smirk settled on his face. He wasn't confused anymore but he know exactly where to look now. Maybe some things were finally falling into place, making sense not out of thin air like usual but from a large creak from the truth that he wasn't able to see from start. It was right there in front of his eyes yet he let it slide but he won't anymore. He won't let the sand slip from his hand this time.

Suddenly a table next to them got Sofia's attention. It was a large family table and a lot of food was set up but unfortunately, no one was seated at the table. A few servers were standing around the table, one of them Zayn recognized as Abdul. Sofia quickly chewed her bit and stood up. Zayn's eye followed her every move as she approached them.

"Hey?" She called out to the waiter that was clearing the table." What's the problem? I mean is that food going to waste?" She poorly asked.

"Kinda yeah as the family ordered more food than they could eat and now they want the food" Waiter stopped dramatically as he air quoted his hands. "-gone!"

"If you guys didn't mind, can you pack this food for me?" Sofia asked with a pleading tone and a delicate smile.

The waiter shared a look before shrugging. "I mean. We can't practically do that." a shy waiter said replied. "It's against the restaurant rules but we don't want this much food to go to waste. We'll pack it up for you!" He continued as a blush covered his cheeks.

"Thank, Mr?" Sofia thanked him and waited till he tell her his name.

"William!" the waiter quick to tell his name.  "You can call me, Will!" He added as he nod and walked away from her nervously, a smile present on his face.
