I woke up around 1:00pm and decided to check on Joshua. I take my phone off the charger and FaceTime Joshua.
He answers and I see his beautiful brown hair.
"Hey June." Josh answers. I can see that he is at his piano.
"Did I call at a bad time. I see that your at your piano." I say to him.
"No it's fine. Wanna here this tune I'll been working on for while." He asked me. "Yes." I answered getting out of bed.
He starts playing a tune.
"I like it what's it gonna be called?" I ask him walking into my kitchen.
"I can't tell you yet." He says and I roll eyes. "I can tell you what it's for." Joshua says with his perfect smile on his face.
"Fine what is it for?" I ask setting my phone up so he can see what I'm doing with out me holding my phone.
"I'm doing this live virtual concert called 'A night with Joshua Bassett' and I'm just gonna be singing some songs from my new album and and a few unreleased songs just like this one."
"That's so cool. When is your album coming out?" I asks getting a cup out.
"Uh in 3 weeks. I'm dropping a music video to one of my songs in 3 days, but I don't know if I should change the date, with everything going on right now." Josh says and he smile goes away.
"Sir, fuck everyone else drop the music video if people hate it then fuck them, if they love it then congratulations. But don't stop doing something just because of what few little kids have to to say." I tell him getting juice out of my fridge.
"Yeah your right." He says
"I know I am, I can't remember a time I was wrong." I says and Joshua's smile returns
"Uh I can remember a few times you were wrong." Josh says laughing.
"Byeee Mr. Bassett." I say pretending to be upset.
"Nooo." He says laughing.
God I missed this so much.
