"Sumali ka na kasi, Gelian..." I suggested while my arms were wrapped around his biceps.

Tumigil siya sa paglalakad nung makarating kami sa mini-garden ng campus. "Ayoko. Kahit anong pagpapa-cute mo, Zein, hindi ako sasali."

I pouted my lips upon hearing him. I hurriedly removed my arms and crossed them over my chest. "Siguro kaya ayaw mong sumali kasi natatakot kang matalo ulit kagaya sa basketball..."

Tumaas ang sulok ng kanyang labi, wari'y di makapaniwala sa 'kin. "Ako? Matatakot? H-hindi ako takot. Ayoko lang talaga sumali."

I chuckled when I saw his face flushed. I could tell he was scared no matter how hard he tried to deny it. I've known him for almost ten years, so I can easily read his mind.

"You must step out of your comfort zone, Gellian. Believe me if I say that you have all the qualities of Mr. Intrams." I stated the fact.

He wiggled his brows to tease me. "Talaga? Then, tell me all the good qualities that I have to make me believe you..."

I held my chin and fully surveyed his face, down to his feet. "Well... you're smart, good looking, and you are also tall like Aaron—"

"Stop!" Gellian put his index finger to my lips to cut me off. "Aaron, na naman? Please, Zein, don't compare me to him. Ayokong naririnig yung pangalan niya kapag magkausap tayo," He pleaded before he retracted his hand from me.

"Nagseselos ka ba kay Aaron?" I casually asked, almost a whisper.

 Gellian's lips parted in shock. "K-kanino mo naman nalaman 'yan?"

"Sabi ng mga friends ko..."

He tsked. "Bakit naman ako magseselos dun? Ako naman yung mas... mahalaga sa 'yo di 'ba?"

His face looked worried, which made me chuckle in my mind. I'm not sure where he's getting those thoughts, but it's making him possessive for some reason. My heart can't take seeing him doubting his worth to me.

Hindi ako nakasagot ng ilang minuto, dahilan para tumalikod siya at lumakad palayo. I ran as fast as I could to follow him when I noticed that he was now sulking. I gave him a tight hug from behind when I finally reached him, hoping it would subdue his anger.

"You're more important in my heart than anyone else, Gellian." I mumbled.

He held my hands that were snaked around his waist. "I like you," He uttered it in a very soft voice.

"Ano?" Because of the loud noises around us, I wasn't able to hear him. 

Bumuntong hininga siya. "Oo na, pumapayag na ako, pero sa isang kondisyon..."

I excitedly squealed. "Talaga?! Sige, anong kondisyon?"

Nakabusangot ang aking mukha habang kinakabit nila Levi ang belo sa buhok ko. Sinasabi ko na nga ba't hindi magiging maganda ang kondisyon ni Gellian dahil gusto niya kaming ikasal sa marriage booth. He really likes to tease me a lot. 

"OMG! Ang ganda mo, Zein!" Ezra bluffed after he did my make-up.

Kyle gasped while unzipping the gown at my back. "I really hope Gellian won't lose his sanity."
