Your POV:

Fable Town Luxury Apartments. Luxury my ass. This was it. The day I finally was out of the country. Studying the graffiti on most of the buildings here, it fitted right in for another crappy part of New York City.

After noting most of the details, I step forward onto the path that took me inside the apartment. Walking inside, I noticed the "security guard" sleeping his feet on the desk and hat pulled over his eyes.

"Hello?" Holding my luggage in my hands, I call out to the security guard in his deep slumber. He only responds with a loud snore. Great.

The ding of an elevator getting ready to open it's door turns my attention behind me. A pretty business lady steps out and takes a second to try and register why I was here.

"Hello, how may I help you?" She cautiously steps over to me and raises her eyebrow.

"Don't worry, I'm a fable. I'm here looking for my apartment. Room 130?" Her face relaxed as soon as I informed her I was a fable.

"Yeah, I can take you there." She smiled kindly, and stepped back towards the elevator and pressed the up button.

I walked over to her and waited a few seconds for the ding and the opening elevator.

We both got in as she pressed the fourth floor button. The doors enclosed the space from us and the lobby.

"I don't think I know your name. Or fable."

"I'm (Name). My mother Rose- also known as Little Red Riding Hood, she's my mother. I've been living in the countryside, away from the mundies... After my great grandmother and mother died." I sadly stare down at the floor.

"Oh... I'm sorry. I'm Snow White." She held her hand out as she pronounced her name to me. Snow White. Everyone's heard of the mundy version of her story, not the real one though.

"Nice to meet you." I shook her hand and weakly smiled. The elevator door's opened, and there stands a well built, tanned man with brown hair, amber eyes, facial hair, and a lit cigarette between his lips.

He raised his eyebrow at us, and stared down at me and Snow's hands still connected. I quickly looked down, with a red face, and awkwardly pulled away my hand.

"Hello, Bigby. This is (Name). I'm showing her to her room." Snow kept a friendly face while talking to "Bigby".

He only gave a nod of acknowledgment towards me, before stepping out of the way. Snow and I continue down a hallway for some time. My room number finally came into sight.

"Thanks for showing me here." Snow only smiled and took off down where we came from. I slid the key into the door lock, and pushed it open. It was pretty decent. The entrance had a closet on the left, and a large space for shoes. Sighing, I pulled out my phone, and kicked off my expensive black, studded Christian Louboutin's.

The next door was the kitchen, which included a granite countertop, and steel appliances, with light wooden cupboards. I continued back down the hall and found my bedroom. It has a large bed, the room itself wasn't that large, and a decent sized closet. My favourite thing though, was the view from my large open window. New York, again. I've always admired the city lights at night time. Setting down my bags, I set out to find the rest. The second bedroom was the guest room, with a similar bed to mine, and near it the bathroom was there. It had a large glass doors on the shower, a mirror, and large granite sink, and also the toilet.

I decided I was going to explore the rest of Fable Town. Heading back to the entrance, and pulling my flats back on.

Somehow, I remembered my way back to the elevator!
