"Peter..." you whispered, silence filling the area. A pit of dread filled your stomach as the realization of what truly had happened hit you.

The handsome stranger you thought would be the perfect soulmate to you had just harmed the teen that you had seen as your own son. Your thoughts were clouded with anger, betrayal, and disappointment, but they were interrupted when a familiar voice popped up behind you.

"It- it's not what It looks like!" The handsome man frantically explains.

"I think it's exactly what it looks like," you said, voice filled with malice and eyes boring into his mask. "Go away," you growled.

 "What?" Questioned the man.

"GO AWAY!" You screamed tears streaming down your porcelain cheeks.

The Handsome stranger's face seemed to twist in sadness and defeat. You watched as he pulled his hoverboard out of peter and started to fly into the distance, his figure disappearing in the pitch-black sky.

You frantically ran over to Peter tears streaming down your face. There's no way he could have survived such a blow, or so you thought.

 "PLEASE" you sobbed "PETER!"

You knelt down beside your beloved nephew, patting his face gently. The soothing pats became more of slaps as you hysterically tried to wake your nephew.

"cough ghhack," Peter gasped for air. You bent over him crying, holding him close to you.

"My baby." "My poor poor baby. I'm so sorry so so sorry." You apologized profusely rocking him back and forward in your arms. "Just hang on I'll help you, your safe now peter." You consoled him.

You then lifted him up in your arms and rushed him into the house, blood falling everywhere. You remember you had materials left over from your previous job as a nurse in the garage and rushed over.

Once in the garage, you threw him on the hood of the car inciting a pain-filled moan from peter.

"Shhhh It will be ok I got you. You will be just fine" you told peter.

After scrambling to grab the supplies, you carefully attempt to bandage his torso and save him from the gaping wound. You tried your best to adequately wrap the wound, but your fumbling hands made that quite difficult. Blood kept pooling out, but, thankfully, it had seemed to suddenly slow down immensely.

That wasn't the only strange thing to occur, though. To your disbelief, the gaping hole in his stomach seemed to be healing itself. The flesh was growing back at a miraculous rate and quickly filling the hole. In just a few short moments, it seemed as though nothing had even happened. You were flabbergasted, to say the least.

You didn't know what to think or say or do. what was happening? It was as if everything you knew was a lie. Later that night you questioned Peter about the whole ordeal

"What the freak is happening, how do you know that man and why did he attack you, why the flipping fudge didn't you tell me you were spiderman?"

You were beside yourself with worry and confusion.

"Look aunt y/n I'm sure you can see why I didn't tell you, you're worried even now-" he started.

"And rightfully so you dumb fricker nugget you were just impaled by a flying hoverboard," you started to tear up, "I thought I was going to lose you..."

"I'm sorry aunt may..." he continued, "this is my purpose, please... try to understand"

Now fully crying you retorted, "How long has this been going on? I-I- I can't believe this I need some fresh air."

You stepped outside into the crisp cool dusk air. Peter following behind argued,

"Aunty you know that just ain't something I can do"

You sighed again this was all too much to take in. How could you still allow your nephew to endanger himself this way, but how could you leave the city so defenseless. It was too much to process. You both sat on the balcony in silence as you took everything in. Your mind wandered back to the goblin man.

"Peter... I don't know if I can even believe you after this but who was that man and why did he attack you?"

"Why the fuck was he in your room Aunty" Peter raised his voice "what were you doing with that deranged criminal?"

"What do you mean deranged Peter? he was only kind to me," you spat back, slightly annoyed at the accusations that your beloved nephew was making.

"He has literally been on the news multiple times..." Peter mumbled out with a look of disbelief flashing across his face.

"You know I don't have time for silly goofy things like that. I thought he was so perfect too.... Maybe I could finally move on from Archibaldisilvester but things never work out for me I guess," You said disappointedly. Ever since your ex had died from a brutal walrus enclosure accident, you truly hadn't been the same.

Peter sighed, feeling a little bad now, "Aunt y/n, I know it may have seemed that way but think about it! He's one of my arch-nemesis! He was probably trying to use you to get to me! he could have been planning to kill you!"

Your brows furrowed. He was kind of right. You hadn't really thought about the situation. "Well there's only one way to settle this."

You thought aloud. "Brunch." While talking it out would be a good solution you thought, the main reason you had suggested it was because you wanted to see the goblin man again. And secretly... wanted him to be in the right. You knew you could change him. You just knew it
