Chapter 15

After watching Yoongi storm from the room, Jimin cautiously approached the wet, shivering girl who had fresh tears streaming down her face.

"Here Raina, eat this and we'll turn the hot water on so you and Jin hyung can warm up a little while we get both of you some dry clothes." His voice was so quiet and gentle, it was as though he feared causing her to panic again.

"Thank you Chimney." She croaked out passed her bruised throat. "You too Tae, I'm sorry I scared you guys."

Her face dropped and she turned in Jin's arms to signal for him to set her down, but he refused to release her fully.

Tae and Jimin smiled at her, "we're just glad you're okay noona."

Tae's deep voice brought her head up in time to receive two gentle kisses to her forehead as they left her and Jin to start warming up with a hot shower.

"Do want me to go back to my place to shower?" Ever the gentleman, Jin didn't want to put her in an awkward position by staying to shower with her.

For the first time since he met her, he was struck by how thin, petite, a fragile she seemed as she bashfully shook her head no.

"I don't want to be alone." She whispered to the first man to see her naked, "it's not like we've never showered together before."

While asking him to stay, she began to slowly peel her wet clothes away from her skin and turning the hot water all the way on and waited for steam to fill the air.

She could feel Jin carefully undressing behind her, trying desperately to avoid touching her and making her aware of the huge problem he was beginning to develop in this inappropriate situation.

All his struggles proofed futile when she stepped on the bar of soap he had accidentally knocked off its shelf and onto the floor, sending her backwards into him and into contact with his quickly hardening cock as he caught her against him.

Jimin chose that very moment to step into the steam filled bathroom.

Surely they wouldn't do anything sexual under the circumstances. Right?

"Aish! It's not my business," Jimin mumbled as he grabbed a confused Tae to drag him out of the apartment.

The embarrassed pair in the shower slowly separated, and as Raina found her footing, she turned to face the beautiful, kind man who has been there for her through every fight she had with Yoongi.

"Why?" She asks, causing his brows to furrow.

"Well, when a man finds someone sexually attractive, his body responds by,,,,,"

"NO!! No, not that." She giggles causing him to chuckle as well.

"Why are you always here to pick me up when I turned you down for a relationship just to turn around a month later and get into one with Yoongi?"

His eyes widened with understanding.

"I never really thought about it that way. Besides, it's not like you dumped me for him, you just weren't ready for a relationship at the time I asked." The gorgeous and incredibly kind man shrugged like it was no big deal.

The petite girl pondered his response a moment before going on her tiptoes to kiss him on his cheek.

"Thank you, Jin, for being who you are. You are one of the most genuine people I have ever met, and I am so happy I get to call you my friend." She smiled bashfully, her dimples making a quick appearance.

"Well, unless you want this shower to end like our first one did, we might want to go ahead a get out and get dried." He cheekily answered while wiggling his eyebrows up and down with a smirk adorning his plump lips.

Raina giggled and lightly smacked his chest, "You just had to make our sweet moment dirty didn't you?" She feigned a frustrated sigh, "guess there's nothing I can do accept to..."

She trailed off as she stepped even closer to him, looking up at him through her long, thick lashes, and began to slowly lift her hand up towards him.

",,,hold open the curtain for you to go first."

His exaggerated look of betrayal and hurt caused the girl to bark out a genuine laugh before she winced and tenderly touched her bruised throat, bringing a look of genuine concern to his face.

He gently gripped her chin with his thumb and forefinger to lift her head so he could get a good look at her neck.

"Yeah, we need to get some medicine on there so it can heal faster."

Releasing her, he stepped out of the shower with a grim look.

Raina shut the shower off while he dried off, so that when she slid open the curtain, he was standing there with a warm and fluffy towel ready to wrap around her.

Once both were dried off and dressed in comfortably warm clothes, Jin gripped her by her waist and gently lifted her onto the counter, noticing how she felt significantly lighter than the last time he had lifted her.

He silently grabbed the first aide kit out of their cabinet and extracted the cream he needed for her neck.

With a feather light touch he applied the cream to her bruise and put it away, but when she got ready to hop down, he stopped her and looked seriously into her eyes.

"Rae, why have you lost so much weight? You're so thin I can count each and every bone and joint in your body. That is not healthy. What's going on?"

"Nothing, I'm fine Jin. I've just lost a little extra weight from stress and extra practice. It's honestly no big deal."

She shrugged her bony shoulders in a nonchalant way and once again made to get off the counter, only to be stopped once again.

"Fine, if it's no big deal, then tomorrow after class you'll have no problem going to the doctor for a check up."

"Jin, I do...."

"We're back guys, come on out and get some before it's all gone!" Interrupted Tae's deep voice from the living area.

"Great! Glad we agree, because I would hate to have to mention this to all our friends and ask them what they think."

From the stubborn determination shining in his eyes and the firm set of his body, she new there would be no use in fighting him, so she nodded her head as her shoulders dropped in defeat.

"Good." Was all he said as he finally let her get down and they joined their friends, only to find Namjoon, Hoseok, and the girls had come back with them.

Raina sighed heavily as she braced herself for the onslaught of angry questions and lectures she was sure to receive, but in her heart she felt truly loved.
