Chapter 7: The Darkness

In the end of the portal there was darkness consuming everything. Soreen freaked out and didn't know what to do, "What is happening!!?" Then she entered the darkness.
Soreen fell on the ground then she looked around and didn't see anything except for the darkness. As she was walking around her eyes started to adjust and she was a lot of Heartless, she summoned her keyblade then she remembered that she can't fight the Heartless her keyblade only fight the Time Breakers, so she ran away from the other direction, "WHY MASTER YEN SOD DIDN'T GIVE ME THE KEYBLADE IS THAT FIGHT THE HEArTLRSS??!!!" She screamed loudly.
As Soreen was running she saw a broken castle. She smashed the door and went inside, "The castle is broken anyway," she said, running from the Heartless. Then she found a hiding place and hid there thinking, "How will I get out of here? I can't do anything ... It seems like I will never see anybody again. I am stuck here alone in the dark," Soreen starts to cry, suddenly a flash of Ventus smiles past her memory, "Don't cry, there's always light even in the tips of darkness."
"Why are all these Heartless over here?" A familiar sound said.
Soreen opens her eyes, "It can't be," she said surprised then she sticks out her head to see Aqua, "Aqua!!! How are you?" she yelled.
Then all the Heartless return to Soreen and start to surround her. Soreen got up and started running again. She reached a dead end, she turned around and saw the Heartless and wanted to attack her so she summoned her Keyblade to find herself; no like did anything useful that is. "I am seriously going to talk to the Master about this." Soreen said annoyed.
Then the Heartless started to disappear from behind and Aqua appeared and looked at Soreen and asked, "How do you know my name? I have never seen you before. Oh and are you okay?"
Soreen rushed and hugged Aqua, which caught Aqua by surprise. She put her hand on Soreen's head and said, "It's ok everything will be fine."
Then the big Heartless appeared, then Aqua pushed Soreen away and said, "Go, run. Get out of the castle; I will catch up with you. Go!!"
Soreen let go of Aqua and started to run. She looked back and saw Aqua summon her keyblade and fight the big Heartless.  Soreen stopped and thought, "Aqua is very strong and she changed a lot," then she left the castle and started to breathe from all the running; then out of the blue a hand touch Soreen's shoulder, "Aaaaaaaaa!" Soreen screamed from the top of her lungs.
"Chhhhhh you don't need to scream, it's me Aqua," she said as she was coming Soreen down.
"I thought you were Heartless or something," Soreen said, released.
"No it's me ........ now, how do you know my name? And Who are you and how did you get here?" Aqua asked with suspicion, looking at Soreen in a hard look.
Soreen was so nervous then she said calmly, "I'm Soreen your find .... I guess I have to tell you, how about we have a seat somewhere."
They sit down and Soreen tells Aqua everything that happened with her. The time that they spent together, the dreams that she had, the people that she met, and the promise that she made. "Do you remember me?" Soreen said softly.
"It's fuzzy. I have this feeling that I know you but at the same time I don't know you are all," Aqua said then she hit Soreen on her head and said, "You shouldn't use the memory spell."
"Sorry, I just don't want to feel sad that I left," soreen said sadly.
"Don't worry about it too much, we make mistakes and that's how we learn and to top it you sound like you like Ven a lot," Aqua said looking at Soreen with a smiling.
Soreen's face turns red, "Ven W-what do you mean t-that I l-like Ven? I like everyone and you have to tell me how you end up here," she said trampoline on her word.
"She is trying to change the subject... well I don't blame her it is a touchy subject; naaaa, I will ask her later," Aqua thought then she said, "Well her you go ..."
Aqua teal Soreen what happened to what Master Xehanort has become, how Terra fought with Master Eraqus and he lost to him, where she hid Ventus's body, and how she ended in the darkness.
Soreen was shocked, "I can't believe that everything that happens after I left."
"I know how you feel it was hard for me as well," Aqua said.
"Well, at least we are together. We will help each other to the end or entail we get out from here," Soreen said smiling.
"No, you are the only one who will get out of here," Aqua said quietly.
"What? I'm sorry I didn't catch that," Soreen said.
"You have to finish your journey. There's a way," Aqua said. Then she got up, held her keyblade up and said "Open the gate and take the key," then a gate opened and the keyblade started to disappear.
Soreen got up worried, "Aqua your keyblade starts to... !"
"I know this is the only way, now go before the gate closes," Aqua said smiling.
"No! I'm not going without you!" Soreen said loudly.
"Don't worry I will be fine, I will find a way out later but you're first to go," Aqua said and pushed Soreen to the gate but before she let go she said, "It was nice seeing you again that you are okay and I remember who you are, we will see each again I promise," and the she let's go off Soreen's hand with a gentle smile.
"Aquaaaaaaaaa!!" Soreen screamed.
