Chapter 2

Sorry for not updating sooner. I have been really busy lately with school.

"I'd catch a grenade for ya, throw my hand on a blade for ya. I'd jump in front of a train for ya." I turned over to my alarm and turned it off. I loved that song, it was my favorite song. I turned back over on my bed and put my pillow over my head. Just 2 more minutes...

My mom came into my room telling me to get up. "Mom what time is it?" Did I seriously fall asleep? Oh crap. I did. I am in so much trouble.

My mom replied. "It is 7:00 a.m. Did your alarm go off and you turn it off and go back to sleep?" She asked curiously.

"Yes mom. I am so sorry. I will get ready for school." School starts in 10 minutes. I fell back asleep for an hour and a half. Now I have 5 minutes to get ready, eat breakfast and get out the door. Just great.

"Well unless you want to stay home. I can tell that you are tired and don't really want to go to school. So only for today will I give you the option to stay home." My mom said in a soothing tone.

"Really? Thank you so much. I think I will stay home and go back to bed." I said in a very excited tone. I was really tired, but I was really dreading going to school today because I was scared to talk to Tess. I was afraid of what she would say. I know that she was ok with me being gay, but I was still scared and I don't even know why.

"Ok. Go back to bed Alicia. Sleep well." She said before walking out of my bedroom and closing the door.

"Thanks mom." I said as she was closing the door. I quickly grabbed my phone and texted Tess telling her that I wasn't going to school. And then I started to drift off into sleep.

"Alicia, come on please come over here with me and play. I don't want to be alone."

"But Tess I don't want to. I want to stay over here." She walked over to me and grabbed my wrist hard. "Owwww Tess, that hurts."

"Alicia you are coming with me wether you like it or not." She growled out the words harshly. And she bought me over to where she was before she came and got me. "If you ever say no to me again I will break your arm."

"Ouch Tess that really hurts. Wait what? You'll break my arm? I thought that we were friends?" I was starting to get really scared. She was holding my wrist so hard that it started to go numb. "Tess can you please let go of my wrist, your cutting off the circulation. Please."

"Fine." She says in a very harsh voice.

She finally let's go of my wrist. Wait where are we? "Hey Tess where are we?"

She smiles at me with a smile that looks so creepy that it looks like she could be a monster. "We are in a place where no one wants to go, a graveyard. It is time for you to die Alicia. You have lived long enough."

But I have only lived for sixteen years, that isn't long enough. "Tess no, please don't. What have I ever done to you?" She pulls out a knife and starts to walk towards me. I scream and try to run but my legs are frozen in place. Why can't I move? A scream again. She is a couple steps from me. Oh no this is the end, I am doomed. "Tess please don't. I don't want to die. Please I am your best friend." She is two steps away from me and I scream one more time.
