Chapter 5

Hey guys, sorry that it has been a little bit but I have been really busy with sports. school and homework. But I do hope to update soon after this. Thanks for being so patient with me. 

"Okay. Well it is time to get up." She said and then she walked out of the room. Both girls turned to each other. Tess had her eyes closed because she was going to fall back asleep. Then Alicia leaned into Tess and kissed her on the lips.

Tess's eyes shot open and she looked at Alicia. Alicia was caught and now she was scared of what her best friend would do. She didn't know weather her best friend would walk out of the room, go home and never talk to her again, if Tess would act like it never happened, or if Tess would lean in and kiss Alicia back.

Tess just stared at Alicia after the kiss. Tess was dumbfounded and she didn't know what really just happened. She thought that it was a dream at first but then realized that it wasn't. She looked at Alicia and just stared. She didn't know what to think of what just happened. But Tess played it cool and acted like she didn't know what just happened.

"Hey, Alicia. Why are you starring at me like that?" Tess said, sounding a little dumbfounded and acted like she didn't know what just happened.

Alicia just continued to stare at Tess, but then she snapped out of it. "Sorry, was just starring off into the distance." That's weird. I thought that she knew that I kissed her. I guess not, well that is good for me. "Well, should we go downstairs to get some food?"

"Yeah, you go down and I will meet you down there in a couple minutes."

"Okay. See you downstairs in a couple minutes." Does she seem off or what? Alicia thought to herself. Oh well, if something was bothering her then she would tell me. I think. Or at least I hope that she would tell me.

Then Alicia left the room and Tess laid back down on the bed. Tess started to think about Alicia kissing her. Did she like the kiss or no? Did she want Alicia to kiss her again? So many questions were going through Tess's head that she couldn't really think straight. Did Tess like Alicia as just a friend or more? She liked it when Alicia and her would sleep next to each other. She liked how comfortable Alicia made her. She liked that Alicia could calm her down when she was either really really mad or really sad. But she can't tell Alicia any of this because then this would giver her hope, and she didn't know if she was ready for a girlfriend. I mean, after all Tess was gay. But Alicia didn't know that Tess was gay, and she wasn't planning on telling her for at least a month or more. 

Both of them did tell each other everything, but there are some things that everyone keeps to themselves. And Tess being gay was one of those things that she keeps to herself. No one knows, she is the only one that knows. She trusts her best friend Alicia but she just isn't ready to tell her yet. 

Alicia telling Tess that she liked her really made Tess think. She didn't know if she liked Alicia back or if she didn't. She doesn't want to lose her best friend because of this. 

Tess decided right there that she would not tell Alicia anything until she figured out if she had feelings for Alicia or not. Tess would not tell Alicia that she was gay or that she knows about the kiss until she knows what her feelings are towards Alicia. And with that, Tess got up and walked downstairs to meet Alicia and Emily.

Hey guys. I know that you have been waiting a long time for this chapter and I really do apologize. I have been super busy and I haven't had any time to write at all. I have been thinking about this book a lot lately and I don't know if I should continue this book or not. I like writing it but I just don't seem to have the time to write, but if you guys want me to keep going and are patient with me then I can keep writing if you would like.
