A Break

    A silent whisper.
"Kurapika.."
     He shifted around quietly.
"Yes?"
In a attempt to help his eyes adjust, he softly rubbed them.
"Leorio?"
      No answer.
There was nothing but confusion left in the room. He didn't think of it before but, in no way should he have heard Leorio. The two were separated, location wise. There was no relationship stance between them.
Although, Kurapika had fallen for the man. He couldn't fully understand how but, he wanted to hate him so much but fell in a deep state of love. Despite their debate at their first meeting, Kurapika felt himself growing attached to him. Yes, he was obnoxious and had a bit of an temper, but there was nothing wrong with that. Not to him at least.
Anyways, they haven't seen each other for months and yet, he keeps hearing him like they never went their separate ways. Maybe it was a sign and he should take it? But at last, work. Work was holding him back from so, so much. He constantly wishes for a break. His clan meant the world to him, but sometimes it was just to much. As much as he wanted to avenge them, rest was also wanted. When it came to them, all he could do was push himself past the limit. Breaks didn't exist to him, hell, the boy barely looks after himself anymore.
     He lost himself.
   "Kurapika.."
There it was again, that loud, lovable voice. Kurapika slowly got up, desperately hoping this wasn't his imagination. With quick movements, he left his room. There was no turning back now. His ambition was set on finding the source. There's no way he's just imagining. In no way would he be able to handle that again. Desperately searching for no answer.
    "Sunshine.."
His steps quickened, his patience running thinner and thinner. Mentally begging things would hurry. Finally, he grabbed the door, slamming it open.
    Nothing.
    Not even wind.
What did he expect? Why would anyone come visit him, especially him.  Did anyone know his address anyways? Sure, Melody did, other than that? So much excitement just to be disappointed.
He fell to his knees, feeling himself breaking down. What was I thinking, of course I was just imagining. "I'm pathetic." Tears fell onto his cold hands.
"Aw, come on, sunshine, don't you think you're being a little hard on yourself?"
   His hand slung back.
    "Leorio!"
It was only a matter of seconds until he was up on his feet, clinging onto the man ahead of him.
"Man, you must've really missed me.
      Kurapika smiled.
"I'm sorry this is improper of me.. I just-"
"Pika, shh, you don't need to say anymore." At this point, Leorio was holding onto the other just as tight. They held that position for so long, neither really wanting to let go. Kurapika was crying at this point, he couldn't hold it back. Leorio stayed silent, just enjoying every second.
Nothing could come between them. Nothing, not even his work. Even his clan was at the bottom of his mind. Even if it was jsut for a moment, he needed this. He needed this more than anything.
