A New Rule is Born

We get and egg transition that transitions to the Mayor standing on the podium

YISROEL: Before we start the party I just want to say something.

MALE VABANIAN: What's happening?

FEMALE VABANIAN: What's going on?

YISROEL: After talking with my daughter, Analia, I think it's time to set a new rule up.

MALE VABANIAN TWO: What new rule?

FEMALE VABANIAN TWO: I'm scared.

YISROEL: For the last 11 years we've been letting Rosalina do the decorating, but after talking with my daughter, I think it's time. Analia, come up here.

Analia comes up to the podium, Yisroel picks her up and sets her on the podium.

ANALIA: Citizens of Vabania, it's time we help Rosalina decorate. She said she always feels like a slave when she does all the decorating. I know most of us don't know how to decorate, but we gotta try. For the past 11 years, I never got any Christmas Presents for Christmas cuz my mom always spent all her money on decorations. Do you know how bad that hurt me? Not getting presents for 11 years. I felt like mom didn't care about me, just decorating.

MALE VABANIAN THREE: That's awful.

FEMALE VABANIAN THREE: I know I'd feel the same way too.

ANALIA: So from this day forwards we help Rosalina decorate!

All the Vabanians cheer, Rosalina walks up to the podium qnd hugs Analia

ROSALINA: Thank you, Analia. You're really the best daughter I could have.

ANALIA: Anytime, mommy.

YISROEL: One more thing, before start the party.

ANALIA: What is it daddy?

Rosalina stops hugging Analia

YISROEL: Along with helping Rosalina decorate, we'll no longer buy a ton of decorations that we end up having to throw them away. Instead, we'll buy the ones we really need an keep those for a long time.

All the Vabanian's Cheer louder.
