This one probably requires a bit of explanation. In this world, as previously mentioned, people go to limbo after death. They can be revived by the God of Death if death has your head. Our main character here, lost all of her lives, and they couldn't find her head. Hence forth, she couldn't be revived. The place she's in currently is her limbo.
This story can be considered canon, but is not part of the main plot. Just a side story. :]
