Rick paced inside the plane. His nerves betraying him and making the team edgy.

"Hey, mate!" Boomer's voice stopped him in his tracks. "Everything will be fine." They nodded at each other, but Rick's feet resumed their path.

With his back to the door, he closed his eyes when Harley boarded. "Hey, guys. Sorry, I'm late. Had to go number two."

"Good to know," he said, closing the door behind her with way more force than necessary.

Harley turned his way. Her duffel bag landed on the floor with a loud thud. "Is everything okay? Where is Prim?" She looked around and frowned when the realization sank in.

"Waller has her in another mission." Those were his words when he walked past her on his way to the cockpit. The glance he gave Harley was filled with fear, and his friend imagined Waller was in front of her with a broken neck and a bullet between the eyes to make sure the bitch was dead.

Harley's head shifted to where Boomer was, and they shared a knowing look. She made her way to get near him, and they spoke a few words before the plane took off.

It was going to be one of those missions.

"Congratulations, Bloodsport," Waller said over the radio as soon as they reached the beach

"Congratulations, Bloodsport," Waller said over the radio as soon as they reached the beach.

"How did you do it, Waller? There's no soldiers out here on patrol at all." Bloodsport inspected the forest in front of him.

"Let's just say they were distracted."

Prim was the first to voice her thoughts. "I hope everything is okay." She bit the inside of her mouth, trying to see beyond the trees. Looking back to the ocean and to her right side, she engaged Nanaue in conversation. "Hey, Nanaue!" The big shark gave her a side glance. "How does it feel to be back in the ocean?"

"Good! Me not in ocean in looooong time." He shook his big head, splashing water everywhere.

"I know how you feel, big guy!" She tilted her head up, looking at the starry sky. "I feel like I'm home."

Peacemaker looked her over and shook his head. "I'm surrounded by morons." Bloodsport scoffed at the words and walked towards the trees.

Prim approached Cleo, leaving them to their argument. "So, you can talk to rats?"

"Yes. My father was the one who taught me back in Portugal."

"That is awesome." Prim was excited. "I know someone who would be pleased to meet you. Who knows, one day I might introduce you two." She lifted her hand for Cleo to take, and they shook hands in greeting.

Cleo was the first to address Abner's face, "There's something wrong with your skin."

Everyone looked back at Abner. "It's just a rash."

"That's a rash?" Peacemaker asked, but Abner's answer was interrupted by an explosion far from their position.

"Shouldn't we help them?" Prim took a step ahead.
