[ BREAKING ] NCT Member Kim Lachlan CONFIRMS breakup with Lucas Wong.

NCT member, Kim Lachlan raised suspicion this week after posting several curt quotes on his Instagram story this week, leaving the world to speculate wether the 98' liner is still off the market or not.

One quote which he posted on the 25th January 2022: 'But how do you say goodbye when your heart still wants to hold on'. And the speculation grew further when Lachlan swiftly unfollowed Lucas on Instagram, only to re-follow him later on.

That same day, Lachlan liked a comment on his Instagram which said: 'Chae in his break up era'. The idol unliked the comment several moments later.

Denial surged through Twitter with many Netizens assuming that Lachlan was just trying to scare fans as a joke, however, this was later to be proven false when the idol himself made a statement.

'A crusty letter from my agency giving you guys no information on something you have followed along with for 2 years didn't seem like enough and I wanted to come to you personally and explain what's been happening. Lucas and I have decided to end our relationship and remain as friends since we both believe that is what is best for us in this moment. He will still remain as my best friend, and yes I was hurt at first which lead to me blasting my pain on the internet with snarky likes and depressing quotes but after a few days I have come to regret the way I went about things and have apologized to Lucas privately. You guys have been so good with your support over the last 2 years and we both are so appreciative. All good things must come to and end, and I can assure you that we are still Luchlan just not in a romantic setting anymore. I love you all dearly, and hope you can understand.
