Recap: "Rose?" asked John. "JOHN!" yelled Rose.
Present:
"John your awake." said Rose running over and hugging John and crying. "Its my fault your in here, I'm so sorry." "Rose? No. No its not your fault." John pulled Rose onto his bed and wrapped his arms around her and she did the same to him. " Shhh its okay I'm awake now and everythings going to be okay. Alright? Its not your fault. I am your older brother and it will always be my fault if you got hurt. I will always protect you Rose." That seemed to calm Rose down a little since now her tears were just muffled sobs. Then John contiued talking. "Why don't you call Naru now." "A-alright." Rose got up and left the room.
----Outside John's Room----
"N-naru?...Oh L-lin.....I'm fine *sniffles* Its John......No he's okay but he's awake now.........yes just now.....Alright about an hour.....okay I'll tell John...bye." said Rose on the phone. She whing up and alked back inside.
----Back inside John's room-----
When Rose saw how John looked lying in a hospital bed she started crying again. She walked towards John and spoke through her tears. " Naru and everyone w-will be here soon. John told her to come over so she sat on the bed with him and he calmed her down again. "Rose you know I love you right?" asked John. Rose nodded and said. "I love you too." John kissed her forhead and then the sat and talked.
--------Timeskip------
John and Rose talked for a while. Then a doctor came in to check up on John. "How are you Mr. Brown?" asked The Doctor (Doctor who XD) "I'm alright just a little tired. How long have I've been asleep." replied John. "Only 4 days, but you were in a sleep coma where you normally have flashbacks of your life." The doctor then contiued checking everything then spoke again. "You your sister never left your side. She probably had 5 hours of sleep the whole 4 days. She was really worried." John looked down at his sister who was asleep in his arms and sighed and said. "I never knew she cared that much. I didn't mean to make her worry." The doctor left and it was a peaceful silence until all of there frineds burst through the door.
"John!" yelled Monk and Mai. "Shh!" said John pointing towards Rose who was still asleep. "Oh." everyone whispered. Then Naru spoke. "You can leave now, Lin is signing you out." "Thank you." "John you have to be more careful. Everyine was worried about you." said Mai. "Don't worry I will be more careful....for Rose." spoke John and mumbled the last part.
John got up and got dressed, then placed his sister on his back carefully trying not to wake her as everyone else left. Sadly he did wake her. "John?" mumbled Rose. "Go back to sleep were leaving now." all Rose did was nod and start to fall back asleep, before she let darkness consume her she heard John chuckle and say "This reminds me when we were little and I always carried you like this." She just smiled and fell asleep.
--------Timeskip---------
John put her on her bed and started to walk away but her hand grabbed his hand and mumbled. "Stay please." John looked down and kissed her forhead and said. " I won't leave." John then change into his pajamas and crawled into bed next to Rose and wrapped his arms around her. Then she did the same thing. His last thought was "I woke up in time."
-------Morning-----John's POV-----
I woke up and crawled out of bed without waking Rose and went down stairs to make breakfast. When I walked back upstairs with breakfast Rose was awake. I smiled and placed the food in front of her and also smiled as she looked at her food. Because written in syrup on the pancakes said "Happy Birthday Rose" Rose looked up at John and smiled.
That was the end of this chapter and the next one wont be done for a while since I'm going on a retreat for school I won't be bcak until Thursday but I will try to write the next chapter while I'm there so you just have to hold on until after Thursday.
