Before I could even say a word, Stella has a panic attack. She starts breathing heavy, and shaking.

"It's going to be ok Stella." I say to her.

She gets scared, and runs off. I follow her out to a park not too far from my house.

She is sitting on the bench.

She is crying with her hands on her face.

I didn't know what exactly to do, so I just sat next to her and rubbed her arm.

She eventually takes her hands off of her face.

I gave her a side hug, while sitting down on the bench.

"Hope, how can I be part werewolf?" She asks me.

I think to myself, how am I gonna tell her this? I get a idea.

"Lets go walk somewhere else, so we can talk." I tell her.

"Okay." She replies.

We walk to the other side of the park together. I just didn't want to talk there because there were a lot of people around.

The other side had nobody near. I finally figure out what I want to say to her. I hope that she doesn't get mad at me for not telling her the truth sooner. To be fair, I haven't seen her in years.

"You are a very special creation Stella." I tell her.

She looks at me with confusion.

"I don't understand Hope." She tells me.

"You're parents were trying to protect you by not telling you." I explain to Stella.

"You are one of nature's loopholes, much like me. You are the first of your kind. A hybrid of witch, and werewolf." I tell her.

"What?" She says with confusion, and shock in her face.

"It's true. Come home with me. I have something for you." I tell her.

I remembered that her mom gave my mom a letter years ago, in case anything would happen to them before they could tell her themselves.

"Ok." She tells me, and we go back to my place together.

I make her sit on the couch while I go and get the letter. I hand it to her.

"This is for you." I tell Stella.

She opens it and starts reading.

Letter reads:

" I hope one day you won't ever have to read this, but if something happens to us, I guess this is how you will find out.

You are very special my sweet girl. You're from a long line of very powerful Salem witches on my side. But, your dad's side has the werewolf gene.

We knew that you can only be one, or the other, but nature proved us wrong. When you were 7, you got in a fight with one of the girls in your class, Penelope Park I believe.

And Hope broke you guys up, but she noticed that your eyes were glowing yellow. She told your dad and I. We couldn't believe it, since you were definitely a witch, a very powerful one at that.

But we learned that things like that were never impossible when I met Hayley and Hope.

Me and Hayley were the best of friends, always sharing advice to one another about you girls. She helped me understand the wolf gene.

Your dad and I became prepared.

We never thought that you would ever trigger the curse. So we decided to wait until you turn 18 to tell you, or if you ever triggered it younger.

Then we would tell you, if we had to.

If something ever happens to where we aren't around, Please go to Hayley and Hope! They will tell you all you need to know about werewolves, and hybrids.

We love you so much! And we are so proud of you! We will always be with you, no matter what.

Love, mom

I could see in Stella's eyes that she was a but relieved, but also sad to read from her mom.

I rub her back.

"It's going to be ok Stella. I am here for you." I tell her.

She looks at me in the eyes and says "Thank you."

I know it had been years since I talked to her, but I knew that I wanted to help her.

"You can stay with me as long as you want. I will make sure that you will never be alone." I tell her.
