Chapter 6: Fight, anyone?

Espresso woke up to a yell from someone. But for once, it wasn't a scared or shocked one! He went to see and it was Latte.
"Hey Espresso, can you help wake everyone up? I made breakfast because it seems they are all forgetting to eat. I'm worried for them!"
"Hmm, yes. I shall tell them you made food. What exactly did you cook?"
"Jelly! Lots of jelly!... Buuuut I will admit some of it was duplicated with magic, I went a bit overboard. Oh well, as long as Pumpkin's okay with it."
"Did Pumpkin organise it?"
"Yeah. She wanted lots of jelly."
"Oh, and you are aware there's a Jellykuma in this place?"
"Meh, he's a gummy bear. I'm sure it's fine!"
"I see." He went up and knocked on the first door, Mint Choco's.
*knock knock knock*
"Hhhhmmm?" He responded.
"Latte made breakfast and she's expecting everyone down."
"Oh... I see. One sec, let me just get ready."
(He made his hair less messy and put on his bow tie.)
"Here I am. Is Latte requiring and musicians? I would love to play for background noise."
"Yes yes, she'd love it."
"Got it, let me just grab my violin." He picked up his trusty instrument and went down, secretly praying that there was no murder plans down there. But of course there wasn't! Espresso went to the next door that belonged to a noble, adventurous cookie.
*knock knock knock*
"Yeaaahh?"
"Latte made breakfast for everyone."
"Aww, did she? That's so nice! I'll be right down!"
(She put on her crown and grabbed her staff.)
"I'll go tell Knight and Tiger Lily!" She went to get them awake, so Espresso could skip them. Now he went to Pastry.
*knock knock knock*
"Yes?"
"Latte has made everyone breakfast."
"Ok."
...
"Aren't you gonna come get it?"
"I'll get it when I can, just allow me to grab some arrows."
"You aren't seriously going to do this every time are you?"
"Of course I am. I don't think anyone is safe with him around."
"What did he even do, hm?"
"... He creates cake monsters. Then he has the audacity to call them cute hounds like they're a sort of dog. They are evil, dangerous monsters. Not to mention he gets worried about them dying, despite making hundreds. It shouldn't matter that monsters are dying, they all deserve it. I need to stop his evil ways." She went out and down to breakfast. He realised that Red Velvet was next door.
*knock knock knock*
"Yeah?"
"Latte made breakfast, also I must ask something."
"Oh, how nice. And what is it that you must ask?"
"What are your thoughts on cake? And why do you hate Pastry?"
"Pastry does not understand that the cakes deserve to live. All species do. And I put in work to make hundreds of cakes. My beloved Chiffon is a cake. Everything deserves life on Earthbread. I must stop her evil ways." He left the room and went down, sword extra sharp. Espresso sighed as he knew that they would probably never get along. So he went to Parfait's room.
*knock knock knock*
A very tired cookie answered the door. They wore red glasses and looked very casual. Nothing like Parfait's vibrant, energetic self. She had one stick in her hair and had soulless, brown eyes.
"P-Parfait? You don't seem like yourself."
"Oh- One second!"
(She put toppings in her hair, got dressed and removed her glasses.)
"Paru-Paru-Parfait! Hello Espresso! Whaddya need?" And just like that, she was back to normal.
"Well, Latte made breakfast."
"Oh! I'm on my way!" She went down. He knew she was just putting on a persona, but didn't question it. He instead went to Raspberry's room. He knocked and to his surprise, a sword went directly through the door, almost killing him.
"GO AWAY, PINKY! I DON'T WANNA KILL ANYONE-"
"Raspberry, I don't see why you tried to kill me! I'm not a sticky eyesore." She realised her mistake and ran over.
"Oh, sorry Espresso. I thought you were that evil bear." She opened the door and grabbed the sword.
"I was going to ask that you come down as Latte has created breakfast."
"Oh, she did? Got it, on my way." She removed any wood from her sword and went down. He sighed at the fact he could've died, and went to Cream Puff's door. He knocked, but she never responded. He assumed she was already down and just didn't see her, so he went to Lilac's door,
*knock-*
"I'm here." Said a voice from behind.
"Ah, so are you-"
"Yes, I'll go down. I believe some of the others are also already down. Only ones that aren't are Alchemist and Fig." He went down. Espresso shrugged and knocked on Fig's door.
"Yea?"
"Latte made breakfast."
"How nice, I'll be right down!" They then carefully walked down, not wanting to fall. One misstep and they stumble down. Must be hard having 4 legs. He was gonna go get the rest, but Latte said: "Espresso! You can come down now! Everyone's here!"
He went down and sat next to Red Velvet, the only available seat left. Everyone started talking, but Pastry and Red Velvet were having a staring contest. Latte caught on fast.
"So are you guys going to eat or...?" They said nothing in return. Both seemed to be reaching for something. Then suddenly, Pastry pulled out her crossbow (aka The Fork) and Red Velvet grabbed his sword. They both stood up, went to the kitchen area and started trying to kill eachother. Everyone was shocked!
"Guys! CALM DOWN!" Yelled Latte, in attempt to stop them. But nothing happened. Pastry accidentally shot the chandelier, it came crashing down and almost hit Parfait. Blackberry's eyes darkened and she ran out, Parfait sprinted out too as she almost died. Mint Choco, for some reason, started playing very intense music on his violin. Red Velvet almost got shot and he deflected it his sword. It went hurdling towards Princess and she was pushed by Knight. It flew into the wall.
"PRINCESS, IT IS NOT SAFE HERE! WE MUST LEAVE!"
"NO, THIS IS FUN! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!-" He dragged her away and ran. Tiger Lily gripped her spear and Raspberry pulled out her sword. They joined in on the fighting like it was a round of Smash Bros. Then Espresso started using weak coffee magic for fun. Then Pumpkin's plushie went large and started fighting. She sat back and watched. Fig was going to calm everyone down, but played along with Mint Choco, blowing into their horn. Carrot grabbed a nearby plant and ran for her life. The table started shaking and Alchemist fell with a chemical in hand. She started cursing angrily as it could've been really harmful. Lilac would've joined, but thought it wasn't worth it so he left. Crepe loaded up some wafflebots and started commanding them to fight. Cream Puff was just trying to drink her juice that had fallen on the floor so she picked it up. Eventually, jelly was being launched everywhere. Latte ducked underneath the table, crying a little bit. All of that was witnessed by Jellykuma, who starated laughing like a maniac. Everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at him.
"HAH! YOU GUYS FIGHT BUT DON'T EVEN KILL?! SOMEONE DIE, I AM BORED!"
"NOT OUR PROBLEM!" Yelled Crepe.
"IT WILL BE VERY SOON!" He said, running away. Everyone got bored and left. What a mood killer! Espresso went to his room and sat there for a minute, thinking. He's pretty smart and strong... Some people are easy targets... He barely knows anyone here...
"Ugh... What am I saying? I can't..." He was brought back to his senses and just did some coffee magic.
