"Hey, morning beautiful. I brought you a mini pizza from pizza hut. I know hospital food is nasty." Ashton said walking into Michael's room. "Thanks." He smiled, taking the pizza.

"So, how ya feeling?"

"I guess I have been better."

"So, when I get out of this hospital, you still up for that date?" Michael smirked.

"Course!" There was a small silence as Michael looked up at Ashton.

"Ashton?" Michael asked calmly grabbing Ashton's hand. "Yes?"

"Not to rush you into anything, but who's James?" He asked. Ashton ran his fingers through his hair.

It looked as though he had to be real from Ashton's reaction. "James, is my ex." He said, looking down at their hands.

"Oh...why are you so scared of him?" Ashton rubbed his face. "I-he."

"Its okay Ashton. I will never rush you into telling me anything." Michael said with a reassuring smile. "No, it's fine. I think I need to tell you. Only Luke and Calum knows."

"James, h-he well, he abused me." He stuttered. Michael felt his heart sink. "He did what!"

"Nobody, should ever touch you like he did." Michael said, sitting up from his bed. It was quite painful but he didn't care.

"He's gone now Ashton, he's not here anymore," He said, pulling Ashton into a tight hug.

"I'm here." Michael said gently stroking his curly hair. "I'm such a baby. I shouldn't be crying about this."

"No no it's fine. With what you have been put through."

"Mr.Clifford, are you ready to leave?" The doctor said, walking around to the counter in the room.

"Yes, most definitely."

"Alright. We'll be back with that wheel chair. Oh, and we're sending some crutches home with you and Ashton. You'll need them in a few weeks to get your balance again."

"So where's the other lads?"

"There at the condo. They came by this morning but you were asleep."

"Here you go Michael." The man said rolling in a wheel chair. "You ready?" Michael asked, holding out his hand. "Ready." Ashton smiled, gladly taking it.
