CHAPTER - 31
-WATERFALL-

Finally after dropping that witch Anjali at the café, we started our journey. "Ashi, have you ever seen a waterfall ?" I queried looking through the rearview mirror. She rolled her eyes,"if only dad had some time for me. He has time for everything but family." I chortled. "Wanna see ?"

"ofcourse," she shrieked. I smiled. I moved the steering wheel and turned towards left. People barely use this way but as I had been visiting to my business partners over this city most often, I knew many ways.

Ashi drew the window down and took her head out. She smiled as her hair blew in air,"wow..it feels so amazing. You know Randhir bhai, when I was small, I would ask dad to take us for trip but everytime he used to have his all gangster stuffs. Don't you have ?" she rested her head on the head restraint.

"I have but that's not more important than family right ?" I shrugged. She hummed,"hmm..! Aree didi why are you so silent ? Any problem ?"

"Nothing." She threw a small smile. Her voice was different, uh..maybe I knew why. SIGH. The car came to halt. "Arushi, do we have snacks to eat?" I asked. "Hmm..I am also hungry." Ashi said. "Wait. Here you go." She gave us packets of chips. "Wait Randhir bhai, don't eat it. Teacher told us we should not eat without cleaning our hands, they carry germs na." She winked at me.

I smirked,"oh yeah. Maybe I need to stay hungry until we reach but I am so much hungry and the waterfall is also little far but that's alright." I pretended to be upset.

"Didi, why don't you go to passenger seat and feed him ?" My innocent angel nodded and followed her words. I helped her with seat belt. She tore the packet and took a chips for me. It tasted more delicious because of her. She carried on eating and feeding me.

I placed my hand on her thigh, her body jerked. Her gaze snapped at me then down. She stared out of the window. I slid it, lower. She squeezed her thigh tightly. I smirked at the point that I effect her so much. I caressed her jeans. She gripped my hand and pressed her thighs.

"Ouch." I yelped as she pinched me. Her nails were sharp. "What happened ?" Came Ashi's voice. "Nothing."

We finally reached our destination. We exited the car. Ashi ran into the gates. I walked, Arushi following behind. The big waterfall came in view. The shores were rocky or filled with many rocks and eye-catching stones. The water was shining became of bright sunlight. A very light rainbow was passing above the waterfall putting more effort to make the view more engaging.

I felt a light tap on my hand. Arushi forwarded me the baskets. As I took them from her, she smiled widely at a pretty stone. She stumbled to it and picked it. She lifted it to me. I smiled and nodded.

She slid it in her jeans pocket. She folded up the end of her jeans and made her way into the water. Ashi was wearing a shots and crop top so she was already in the water without any help or permission.

Arushi dipped her hand in the water and filled her palms with water. Maybe I knew what she gonna do. She threw it on Ashi. "didi." She whined.

They started a water fight. I grinned at them. Arushi's cheeks were red due to lots of laugh. After so long,I saw that true happiness on her face. Without their acknowledge I clicked their pictures and made many videos.

I sent all of them to Abhimaan. He replied with a thumbs up and smiling emoji. "You too come na." Ashi called me. I shook my head. She rolled her eyes and stomped to me. "Ashi, you play dear. I don't wanna get wet." I protested but she had already dragged me in.

I kicked the water , it flew on both of them. They huffed and slapped back it to me.

"Enjoyed ?" I asked them as they returned. The bobbed their head, grinning. Our snacks were almost over. I checked my watch to find, we had already spent more than four hours here,"So, should we leave ?",they agreed.

"Your clothes are wet." I stated. "Oh shit." They exclaimed. Ashi sneezed,"sorry."

"I have some spare clothes, you guys can wear them till we reach house back," I suggested. "What else option we have ?!" Ashi shrugged and ambled out.

"Arushi list-" she didn't hear me before trolling to car. She was upset ? I gave them my spare clothes. The car windows were made of one way mirror so I wasn't stressed about their privacy , neither were they. They informed me after they changed.

"Can we get something from some nearby shop or restaurant or café, whatever?" Ashi said. Not gonna lie, I was famished. By the help of map,I realised there was a restraunt about one kilometre distance far.

"You stay in the car. I'll get your orders." They said their orders. I brought it. After the lunch, we drove to penthouse back.

"I really enjoyed. Thank you Randhir bhai." Ashi thanked me, jubilantly. I ruffled her hair. Arushi's lips twitched upwards. "Now get changed," I commanded her. I noticed around, Arushi was already left. I changed my clothes and thought to meet her once. She wasn't talking to me today. Is she hiding something ? And if she was upset , for what ?

I knocked at her door. She peeped out,"Why are you here ? What you need ?","I wanna come inside." I pushed the door. She wasn't stronger as me, obviously. "You can't just barge inside without my permission." She pouted. I pecked the corner of her lips,"that was the cutest anger." She huffed and sat in her bed with her tablet.

"Why are you upset ?" She shook her head. "If you won't say me Arushi, or else how I gonna understand ?" I explained. "D-Do y-you like A-Anjali didi?" She questioned. "I knew it. Angel, she was trying to seduce me in car. I didn't give her attention. The only woman I like after my mom and sister is you. You need to have trust on me." She sighed and nodded,"Sorry."

"That's alright."
