Eccentric Academy: Queen's Retribution [R-18]

ACADEMY'S HEART

Alexa had been lying on her bed since she requested Calyx to transfer her from his room to hers.

Calyx took care of her from bathing to changing clothes, since the spell she use to break the sleeping spell made her body numb that she can't support her body while standing.

According to Calyx the numbness will only take a week since she is a half wizard and shifter, and it's almost week now.

I can move but not quite it may cause me again my life. Calyx is there watching my every, its like I'm an infant exploring things.

"Yna" I heard a familiar voice that I've been longing to hear.

I look at the owner of the voice, my eyes felt a sting that made it blur. "Vince" I finally say the word, no, not a word but a name, but he's not seemed the Vince I knew.

Tears went falling from my eyes like there is no tomorrow. We embrace each other, long enough that Calyx interfere. "Stop hugging my woman." Calyx said in angry tone.

I see questions in Vince face. But I shrugged it.

"You're healed" I said in disbelief.

"I'm not, Phoenix sealed the havoc. I am one of his people now." Vince said while his head down.

I look at him with pity, I blamed myself for what happened to him.

"I'll be taking you two at the Maktab, you'll learn how to use your ability in your advantage"  Calyx said while looking at me.

He must still thinking about my sudden use of breaking spell, that almost break me. 

I snap when we heard a knock. Calyx excuse himself to open the main door.

Vince and I were left at my room no one dared to talk. In seconds, the door open and the three now started bickering like kids.

"Can you three stop bickering around? You three seemed like a five year old. " the three stop bickering and look at me like I'm a teacher scolding a student.

"What's with the bickering?" I ask.

"Well, as you see this asshole doesn't welcome us" Laurain said pointing at Calyx, but he just mumble every word Laurain said.

"We both live here so I just want to see Vince if he's really functioning well. " Phoenix said while looking at Vince. "If you don't mind my lady, he will be staying at my Casa, and I will accompany him." he said like asking a permission.

I just nod.

"Since we three are here and Vince, I want to channel your energy to bring My lady's strength" Calyx said

The four nod while Vince prepared all the things needed to perform the spell.

The four sit in meditating stance surrounding me with distance and I am facing Calyx. They hold hands to pass the energy Calyx needed.

Calyx chant the spell. It lasted for  few minutes and I felt my body nourishing again, the energy raised me, as the chant finishes, my feet slowly touch the ground.

Laurain, Vince and Phoenix are amused by what they saw. Even the two Academy people.

"For decades this is the first time I saw you performed a magic towards someone" Laurain said to Calyx with a tone of amazement.

"If you only choose being a wizard, then you cauld do it" Calyx replied.

"I can make enchanted thing you know since I can't perform magic" Laurain replied.

"That's the perks of being halfling" Phoenix interfere.

I felt that the situation becoming gloomy "Ahem!" they all look at me.

"I though we are going to maktab?"I ask and they all look at me, and nod.

"What are you waiting for? Get out. Shoshooo" I push them out.

They move from my room to the living room. I left alone in the room, thinking about what to bring. The thoughts of bringing the pocket book suddenly pop into my brain so I changed my clothes, grab the pocket book.

"Lets go!" I said with a hurry tone.

They move like a swift. The four guys bickering again who will open the door.

I grab the door ang open it. "Okay?" I said with sarcasm.

"Where is the Maktab located?" I asked

"It is located at the heart of this Academy, it is called school for a reason" Calyx answered with reasonable tone.

"You'll be seeing your annoying Cousin, Calyx" Laurain tease Calyx.

Phoenix and Vince are silent behind Laurain.

"Oh so you have a cousin?" I said sticking my nose with his background.

"Apparently and sadly yes." Calyx said like he's not grateful having a cousin, well, he's not really grateful from the way he talk.

There we're near, Laurain announced.

I can see it a far, its like Calyx's Casa but bigger and have alot of cone shape tower like buildings. A huge school name greeted us, 'WELCOME TO ACADEMY'S HEART: ECCENTRIC ACADEMY.'
A place for unique people.

I see so I am unique.

We entered the school and all women teenagers greeted the four guys with giggles and shouting of hi's. Is that how charming this three? Well, I know Vince, he's charming. But this three. Ughss this irritates me.

The shoutings and giggles stop when a woman with round spectacles walk. She look at me head to toe and her gaze divert to Vince head to toe again. When her eyes settled on Calyx she then run and shouting "cousinnnnn" in irritating tone.

"I miss you so much, cousin" the woman with round spectacles said. She's currently hugging Calyx tightly which made Calyx mouth 'HELP'.

"I can't breathe" Calyx said in chipmunk voice.

The woman then released Calyx and hugged, Laurain and Phoenix while calling them big brothers.

"Who are these two? " the woman with round spectacles asked pointing at Vince and I.

"Lady Yna Alexa Mcdell" Calyx said as he holds my hand.

Her mouth formed "O" like she's shock by what she heard. She then bow her head. "Greetings to you my lady." she said.

She then look at Vince.

"Vince Arcelle" Phoenix said with his palm point on Vince.

"I haven't heard and read the blood lines of Arcelle, Care to explain?" she questioningly said.

"He was bitten by a rogue, but I managed to sealed the havoc form, he's just vampire for now" Phoenix answered.

She then look at Calyx with a doting look like she wanted Calyx to introduce her to us. Fortunately Calyx understood.

"Oh Yanna Cres, the council president and my cousin ." Calyx introduced her to us. She then bow. "It's a pleasure meeting you two."

Then a man walking towards us.

He greeted the three. He then hold my hand and kiss my forehand.

"Its a pleasure meeting you Lady Alexa." the man with Green eyes said. "No need for formality, Cyro  Luces, council's Vice president " he introduced himself.

I was about to talk when Calyx interfere. "Will you stop holding my lady's hand?" He said with angry tone. I know he's irritated.

What a possessive guy.

I withdraw my hands and smile. He smiled and went on Calyx cousin Yanna's back .

I have a lot to learn about this Academy. This is really a magical world I get myself into.
