Camerons POV:

I woke up in Mollie's futon bed cuddled with a sleeping Mollie.

Where did my shirt go?

I am so lost.

I unwrap my arms from Mollie and I get up in search for my shirt.

All of a sudden, her desk lamp falls over and makes the loudest noise ever.

"GOD! W-WHAT THE HELL. WHO ARE Y- oh, it's...

I interrupted Emily

"Cameron, yeah. I know you told Mollie about my past. Too bad the Internet lies." I say.

"Ok then... Spill." She said sitting up with her arms crossed and the messiest hair I've ever seen in my entire life.

-

After I told Emily the whole story, she completely understood.

"Oh... Um. I'm sorry."

"No it's fine. Don't worr-

"What was it like?" She said interrupting me.

"Being in prison, for something you didn't do?"

"Well, I mean. Hearing people's stories were emotional, hilarious, and scary. Some vandalized buildings because they were drunk, some took the blame for their family member's wrong doings, some were real murderers, drug traffickers, and more than I can explain. Being trapped in a dorm cell with no one but the criminally insane is intense, but you soon connect with them all after about... 3 months."

"Damn.... That's rough." She said with the most serious face.

"Can I tell you a secret, Cameron?" She says.

"Well, yeah." I say.

"When I was 16, I was a complete idiot. I thought that rebellion was cool and nothing could effect my future. So I went onto a chat with a guy that went to my high school, back in Texas. Yes, I am a Texan if you couldn't already tell,

"The accent." I say.

"Well, anyways... He uh.. He said that he wanted to run away with me. Just he two of us. Well, I fell for it. As every dumb teenager does. So, I snuck out after 12 and I took off to Georgia. We made it there, but we were in Alabama and were were close to empty. So the guy went in and got "close" with the girl and we stole gas. We took off and police found us 145 miles passed the gas station. I was sent to jail and my parents hated me after that. So I moved out and lived on my own for a while. I had 3 jobs, plus online school and I finally afforded college here."

"Wow... I would not expect you to live through that... You act so different." I say.

"People hide their insecurities. People hide their mistakes, what would you expect someone to do? You did the same thing, and I can't judge you for that either." She said.

I decided it would be best to change the subject.

"Does Mollie sleep through everything?" I say laughing.

"Even alarms." Emily said laughing.
