Tammy walked into the living room and sat herself down on the couch and looked at the tv. William turned to me and grabbed my shoulders. "Y/N you have to tell Clara she cannot come tonight. It will be a blood bath if she does."
William's eyes were wide as he looked down at me. "What's the big deal?"
He sighed and released me from his grasp. "Tammy still believes Clara and I can work things out. If she comes tonight Tammy is going to harass me all night about her and it's not going to be good for you."
I shrugged walking upstairs, I grabbed the railing and looked at Tammy. She was staring at the tv. It was very clearly off so I'm not entirely sure what she was looking at.
I made it up to William's room where my clothes sat on the bed. I quickly changed into a nicer shirt and some black jean pants. I left William's room heading towards the stairs.
I paused when I heard the two of them, talking downstairs. I stopped to listen.
"you know you can fix things with Clara."
"Tammy that's enough I don't want to. I'm with Y/N and that's whom I want to be with."
"You're a fool, William. You always have been always will be."
"Tammy no one asked you to be here. This is our home and if you're going to keep up this bullshit I'm going to have to ask you to leave and I will not take no as an answer."
I heard William begin to walk towards the stairs. I quickly rushed back into the bedroom and stood facing the other wall.
"Y/N is everything alright?"
William approached me and took my arm, spinning me around to face him. "Yeah, I'm fine." I smiled as he placed a small kiss on my forehead.
William sighed turning his eyebrows downward. "Y/N it's truly not a good idea to have Clara here with us."
I scoffed. "William it's not up for discussion she's coming over and she's bringing the kids. Get over yourself your a grown-ass man."
William rolled his eyes. "Don't say I didn't warn you."
He then walked out of the room and went back downstairs. I sat on the edge of the bed and looked at myself in the long-framed mirror.
Maybe he's right. Maybe this isn't a good idea.
I got up and walked downstairs and sat at the table, William was over the sink peeling potatoes. Tammy got up from the couch and sat beside me at the table.
I felt my palms sweat a bit as I saw her looking at me in the corner of my eye. William still peeling potatoes and not paying attention, Tammy continued to stare at me with a smirk on her face.
She was so close I could swear I felt her breathing on me. William turned around and his eyes widened at me. He then looked at Tammy. "Give Y/N some space Tammy you are far too close to her."
Tammy grinned before leaning back in her chair. "Well fine. At least give me something to drink."
I felt my heart racing, William shook his head and looked at the ground. "We don't have liquor in this house sorry. Go to a bar or something."
Tammy opened her mouth into a smile. "My brother William not having booze in the house?"
She was almost laughing. She then turned to me and pointed her finger. "It's cause of you ain't it? You're an alcoholic?"
William scoffed. "Tammy enough."
Tammy stood up and towered over me. holy was she tall, "I don't like you."
William grabbed Tammy by her wrist and pulled her from the table into the living room. I relaxed for a moment as my muscles were tenser than they ever have been.
"Tammy if you do not cut the bullshit I'm kicking you the fuck out of here. I was kind enough to let you stay for supper. Cut the shit."
The two of them walked back to the kitchen. Tammy sat 2 chairs down from me and rested her elbows on the table.
I didn't look at her but I could feel her staring at me again. William stood with his back to the sink looking at Tammy.
I got up and walked to William and began to wash my hands. He turned to me and whispered, "What are you doing love?"
I glanced up at him for a moment "I'm going to help you peel the potatoes, I don't want to be in a 5-foot range of her."
--
I grabbed a pot and filled it and dropped the potatoes in. I looked over to see Tammy sitting on the couch, at least the tv was on this time.
I walked to the cupboard and pulled out plates, gently placing them onto the table, then grabbing forks and knives as well.
Just as I finished placing the forks down there was a knock at the door. My heart jumped, I don't know what could happen after Clara walks through that door.
I nearly rushed to the door, just to hesitate to grab the doorknob. William walked behind me and grabbed the doorknob to reveal a tall slim man.
He almost looked exactly like William. William took a step back and glanced at Tammy.
The man was just a little bit shorter than William was, he still had the same hair, but his eyes were a deep blue. The kind you'd see in the ocean.
William said nothing, the man let out a laugh before grabbing William's shoulders and pulling him into a hug.
William stood there for a moment before closing his eyes and hugging him back. I could see William relax a bit as he melted into the hug.
They let go of one another, and they both looked at me. "Y/N, meet another one of my siblings. This is Frank, the youngest sibling."
I was shocked. Another Afton in the house supper is gonna be lit.
Frank smiled as he walked through the door and pulled me into a hug. "It's so nice to meet you Y/N!"
For a small man, he could do some damage with those hugs. William closed the door and approached Tammy who was smiling to herself.
"Tammy, what is this?"
William bent over the couch's armrest as he looked deeply at her. She smiled and said nothing.
William slicked his hair back before walking to the kitchen and grabbing another plate. He slammed it down onto the table before turning and walking upstairs.
I followed him as he walked into the bedroom and sat down won't the bed. One strand of his hair tickled his forehead.
I sat next to him and swiped the hair away. His eyebrows were turned downwards as he gawked at the ground.
I placed my hand onto his back. "William, what's the matter?"
He looked at me his eyebrows still turned downwards. "Y/N I don't think you understand how bad it tonight will most likely go."
He looked back at the ground and huffed. I shook my head. "Yeah well, maybe it won't go bad if you give me some good damn context. You never tell me jack shit."
I scoffed before standing up. He grabbed my arm. "Sit."
I looked down at him before placing myself back on the edge of the bed. "It's just... We have a bad family history. We all agreed after we moved out to not have more than 2 siblings in the same house together. I know it sounds stupid but things just get dangerous as we all start arguing. You've already seen how Tammy and I act together."
I pinched the bridge of my nose and huffed. "We all have siblings William stop acting like they are monsters. You just butt heads like every other pair of siblings do."
I stood up and pushed his hair from his face. He looked at me with his eyes widened. "Y/N you don't understand."
I shrugged my shoulders and left the room approaching for staircase I heard Tammy scream at the top of her lungs.
William jumped from the bed and grabbed me away from the top of the stairs. "It's happening."
He threw me onto the bed and locked the door.
