I've never been this exited about a boy. "Roxy my love"my mom says walking to me also my dad with her. "Yes mama"i say.
"So you have to choose now"my father says as they both sit beside me. "I choose Jaden Hossler"i say without hesitation and a big smile.
"Okay that's great I thought you would whine about it"she says.
"Nope, he's really sweet and we have a lot in common"i say. "Okay that's great"my dad says. "Y'all get two months before y'all get married"my mom says. "Okay well me and your mom are going to sleep so goodnight princess"my dad says kissing my head.
"Good night Roxy"my mom says kissing my head as well then They head downstairs. My parents sleep on the second floor and I sleep on the third by the way.
After I finish up eating the chef takes my plate and cleans it. I walk upstairs and get ready for bed. Today was okay I guess. Not what I expected.
I turn my lamp off and head to sleep in my king size bed.
Morning..
I wake up to my mom shaking me. "What do you want mama"i say rubbing my eyes. "The Hosslers are coming over in 20 minutes!"my mom shouts.
"Oh I'm sorry"I say getting up quickly.
"It's okay just get ready I'll get Ella to make your bed"she says. "No it's okay I'll get her"i say.
Lies I'm just gonna do it myself.
She leaves the room and I go to the bathroom brush my hair take a shower brush my teeth and stuff.
I change into a black skirt with a tight black long sleeve shirt and a belt around my skirt.
I walk downstairs and see Jaden, Amy, and John.
"Hey guys"i say. "Hello Roxy"Amy says.
I greet them all with a hug and sit beside Jaden. "Still down for the horse back ride?"he says. I nod smiling.
"Hey we're gonna go horse back riding so catch ya later"Jaden says.
I laugh at him for saying that then we head to the stables.
We didn't put on any gear on or anything because we're just walking them. As we start walking around on the horses we talk.
"So I heard you picked me"Jaden says. "Yeah, I sorry if you didn't want to"I say. "No it's fine plus you seem nice to get to know better"he says.
"It's just weird how we get two months then start getting married"he says. "Yeah, bleh I already hate marriage"i say as we both laugh.
"But At least we can still be friends with being married you know"he says. "I guess"i say.
"It's just I wish we would could get longer to be friends then get married like it's not true love you know"i say. "Yeah, but I get two months to make you fall in love"he says with a smirk.
I smile at him. "Maybe this won't be as bad after all"I say. "Maybe"he says.
After talking and rambling about life I felt like Jaden was my long lost best Friend. We head back to the castle and laugh as we head back inside.
"Well did y'all have fun?"amy says. "Yeah"i say. "Well me and your dad are about to head back to the castle, would you like to stay here so you can hang out with Roxy for a bit longer we are coming back for dinner theres just something Urgent"Amy asked.
Jaden looked at me and I nodded lightly. "Yeah I would like to stay"he says
"Okay great I'll see you in a bit"Amy says. "Thank you Mrs. hossler for letting him stay"i say. "Please call me Amy"she says. I nod with a smile. Me and Jaden head upstairs to my room.
"You stay on the third floor?"he says. "Yeah"I say. "Lucky I stay on the 4th and the stairs are so long"he says complaining.
"Sucks for you, I'm gonna change you can turn on a movie and get comfy, this is home to you"i say.
"That was really sweet"he says putting his hand over his heart as I laugh at his actions. I change into some sweats and a shirt.
"Do you wanna watch the sun set in a bit?"i say coming out of my closet.
"Yeah sure"he says.
I lay beside him on my bed. "Oo we should invite josh and nessa tomorrow"i say. "Sure"jaden says.
"Unless you just want to hang out alone together?"i ask. "Nah, I haven't seen Josh in awhile so it would be nice to see him"he says.
"Okay great"i say.
After awhile we go outside and bring blankets because it was kinda cold and watch the sun set. I sit beside Jaden with my head on his shoulder as Jaden plays with my hair.
"It's so pretty"i say. "I know"he says.
"So, how was your day today?"Jaden asked. "It was good, I usually don't have company because nessa is always busy, so it was nice having your family over"i say.
"That's sweet"he says. We kept looking in each other's eyes then started leaning in but it was cut off by the balcony door opening.
"Dinners ready and Jaden your mom and father are here to eat with us"my mom says. "Okay mama we will be down in a bit"i say then my mother leaves.
"I'm sorry for trying to kiss you"he says. "No it's okay a kiss is a two person thing if I didn't want it I wouldn't have leaned in as well"i say with a smile as he smiles back.
We get up and go downstairs to eat dinner.
As me and him sat down by each other, our parents asked us questions. "Has Jaden been nice to you?"Amy asked.
I laughed a bit and nodded. "he's been very loyal to me"i say looking at him with a smile.
"Good"she says.
