" What are you guys going to do with Alice?," I asked through the bars of the cell to Cassius." "Arrest her, duh," he replied."
"Is she going to be sentenced?," I asked.
" Why do you keep asking the same questions over and over?," Cassius groaned.
" I want to know!," I yelled.
" Yes, she's going to be sentenced," Cassius said.
" How?," I asked.
"How do you think she is going to be sentenced?," Cassius asked.
"I will take her place, please!," I begged.
"Bella, you're already going to be sentenced - quit begging," he hissed at her.
"Like how am I going to be sentenced?," Bella asked.
"That depends on what the Masters think," he said.
"Well, what's the best option that Aro is asking for?," I blurted out.
"Forcing you both to join the Volturi," he said.
"What's the worst option that Caius is asking for?," I asked.
"For you both to be silenced," he said.
"Silenced? What do you mean by that?," I asked.
"Use your judgement or common sense - oh wait, you have neither," he said with a smirk.

He got up from the chair that he was sitting and left the room.  I was then left alone in the cell by myself. I was scared of what they were going to do to Alice and I - I mean if they can even find Alice. I'm sure by now she's either on her way here or she's fleeing with Jasper. I looked around until my head started to hurt from some strange scent that was hanging around the cell.

I hoped for the best that Aro would get his way like usual and make us join the Volturi. Just in case, that does happen then Alice and I can run away. I heard whispers start humming in the hallways again and someone begging to be let go. Edward came into the dungeon and threw Alice inside into the cell next to mine.

"EDWARD THOMAS MASEN CULLEN, THIS IS NOT YOU! YOU DO NOT ACT LIKE THIS! HE IS PLAYING YOU LIKE A PUPPET!," Alice yelled.

Edward sighed and clearly blocked her out of his mind as he walked out of the room. I looked at Alice as she was still trying to get Edward back into the room. She stopped after five minutes and looked over at me.

"How could this have happened?," I whispered.
"I don't even know - you would think I saw it coming but I didn't this time," she said.
"I can't believe Cassius," I said.
"I can - he's done this before but with a different coven," Alice whispered. "Edward wouldn't believe me when I told him. He thought Cassius was this wonderful guy but he was clearly wrong."
"What?! Are you kidding me?!," I almost yelled.
"No, he was originally part of another coven that was killed off because his secret loyalty to the Volturi," Alice said.
"And you couldn't beat it into Edward's mind?," I asked.
"No, Cassius already used his abilities on Edward so Edward didn't care what I was saying at the moment," Alice said.
"This is just great," I muttered.
"I have an idea-," she said.
"Yes?," I asked.
"Mention his biological family," Alice said.
"I don't know anything about him except for his 'official' death records," I said.
"I know everything about his personal life," Alice said.
"From who?," I asked.
"Edward-," she said.

Cassius walked back into the room and had the Volturi's most dangerous guard Jane standing next to him. Jane had a smirk written across her face and Cassius looked at the two of us. I looked at Jane as it was much easier to make her mad than Cassius. Jane's smirk faded as I looked straight at her.
