What if The Stars Come Colliding? ┃Lee Su Hyeok x Lee Cheong San┃

Lee Cheong San was the heart of spring, fresh and enticing. He was, and still is, ethereal.  Out of there, one simply adores him; he looked at him and checked time to time that he was safe and breathing, for he is afraid that this man he loves will fade away like dandelions one day, and so he stands there, admiring him from afar, Lee Su Hyeok.

It all starts when one notices the other stealing looks from across the room. There's nothing exceptional about that. They were a few seats apart, and though they were far apart, they were yet close. Su Hyeok felt relieved; his 'buddy' was close enough to talk to but never too far away; this was something of a growing attachment for Su Hyeok.

 They carry on with the day's typical conversations and laughs, but there was this distinct aura between the two, when their eyes met, it was a little uncomfortable at first, but that awkwardness dissipated quickly. Unspoken feelings eventually seeped into what was supposed to be a lighthearted conversation.

Cheong San's breath catches in his throat as the warm laughter fades into gentle giggles, his mind still lingering on whatever amusing thoughts had managed to occupy his mind. Cheong San's looks, however, as those dazzling eyes returned to the lean boy, left Su hyeok speechless. He swallowed the flood of emotions that  little gesture had elicited from his frail heart.

"You're too cute for your own good, y'know?" Su hyeok whispers idly letting out a sad sigh of confusion escaping his lips. Some time later or more, this unresolved tension will drive him crazy. Friends should stay friends right? But it's hard, knowing that this was something more than friendship, it would simply break their bonds, and Cheong San may even go to great lengths and avoid Su hyeok, this sad fact sends tugs into his heart, And oh boy, he's head-over-heels for Cheong San.

Ms. Park's belongings were to be returned to the teacher's office, and the two were tasked with doing so. What could probably go wrong with that? 

Su Hyeok was able to bring up a topic that he'd like to hear from Cheong San, and it was all of a sudden like a momentary blur, the two of them were at the stairs, but Cheong San had no idea that the other boy was keeping his composure, knowing that his  special someone was there. Su Hyeok was used to being in the company of his friend, but today was different.

 His cheeks were now (on an embarrassing matter) tomato-red, as if Picasso had mixed his gore red paint on Su hyeok. Cheong San reassured him on whatever they were doing, assuring him that Su Hyeok was fine and dandy at the time. However, the athletic boy felt a rush in his blood, somehow like adrenaline, and simply seeing Cheong San sends Su Hyeok's brain to 404.

 Su Hyeok's heart didn't flutter in joy as he smiled; instead, it weighed evenly in his chest, as if the universe had clicked into shape. Then, it took all his courage to finally ask him, it felt like asking his hands for marriage, but now Su Hyeok manages to balance the task they were given to, with a quick chat to Cheong San.

"Hey, Cheong San". A wild Su Hyeok (appears)says. 

"Hmm" The other boy just hums in response. "Do you need help with those books? I can help y-"

"No, not that. I just have a question.."

"Do you like someone?"  Su Hyeok mumbles it as if it were a very important question, and when he did, their gazes locked as if it were fate.

"Eh?"

Cheong San looked at him as if he had the answer to the Pythagorean theorem scribbled over his brow. Why are you asking that question now, of all times? It must be prompted by rumors that he (Cheong San) is dating On-jo, but they aren't. They've been friends since kindergarten, and now that they're all grown up and mature, they're both certain this isn't more than friendship, and Cheong San would rather date a zombie than h-her in the event of a zombie invasion or apocalypse. (Wow, crazy) And, anyway, it comes out that On-jo confessed to Su Hyeok on a previous day, so what could be more absurd than that??? Su Hyeok didn't even mutter a response to the girl's feelings, and yet, to Su Hyeok, his heart is already beating for someone else, you know who. 

"Aish, I'm not going out On-jo, enough with the jokes already" Cheong San claims, in a bit of frustration, a hint of confusion within. 

"Aaaah, so the rumors aren't true?"

"Of course they're not true!"  these allegations was  enough to make Cheong San mad as ever, to him, On-jo was more of a sister than a friend, but never did he thought to date with a girl like On-jo , and besides, she deserves someone way better, Cheong San believed.

 "So you're single right?" Su Hyeok uttered, looking away, avoiding any possible eye contact with Cheong San.  They're both possibly looking away from each other, if it wasn't for Su Hyeok's silly questions, this wouldn't be happening, but of course you have to make a few things clear right? and at that very moment a cute, embarrassed Cheong San appears!!

What did he do to be so damn cute? He's so cute when he get's flustered and red~haha  his inner thought rumbled. 

"Well,  that's right I am single!, What now?!"   The boy was flustered the whole time, he could feel the blood rushing on his cheeks, for whatever reason, that is. He wanted to boink boink and slap Su Hyeok on his back, why bring such topics out of all times? He comprehended.

What made this momentum most special, it's just the two of them at the empty corridors, for the students were probably inside their classrooms, having lectures  and so,  just Cheong San and Su Hyeok joking around against each other. It's a fun moment that Cheong San treasures in his heart. He would be lying right now if he said that his heart wasn't beating 10x faster than it is, than being chased by a zombie. 

"Just wanted to make sure"  Su Hyeok shrugs as he and Cheong San delivered Ms. Park's things upon her office. 

Hearing Cheong San's response made him the happiest guy in the school, his stomach had butterflies the whole time, (or rather, making backflips🐬🐬there was an entire zoo at Su Hyeok's stomach! Man!!! when will he even begin courting Cheong San). He knew, he had a chance to prove to him that he deserves him, a confession to bring, and feelings to keep clean, in this unresolved (unrequited sorta?) love he is feeling.
