It was said that ages ago,the kingdoms were controlled by three main bodies; The rulers I.e The Royals The protectors I.e The Gods and the mediators I.e The Altars
Each kingdom had these three looking over them which led to everyone living in peace. Many decades passed in harmony similarly but something shifted when the gods decided to move to the heavens.
The seven kingdoms; the main ones merged together when the Royals stepped down from their position,now only being known as regular but wealthy people.
But the question was,what happened to the mighty Altars and their offsprings? The beings with almost unlimited powers and wealth just vanished from the world.
Many stories were written about the gods and royals , but it was the complete opposite for Altars. Only a few people knew about their existence and the ones who knew couldn't seem to believe it due to the lack of evidence.
Historians were terrified, knowing that Altars still were somewhere and if they were calm their positions back,it would only take them a matter of seconds.
