"What's up with the crowd?" Seolhee asks herself adjusting herself in the hallways. She hears girls gasping and being the curious person she is, she looks at the direction where everyone was looking.
Let's say Seolhee was very,very shocked to see who it was. Nishimura Riki, leaning back on his green car ,hands crossed,looking handsome as ever with his black sunglasses.
She immediately checked the time,10:58. Right,he said he would pick her up.
Riki seemed to have noticed the girl inside the building. He smiled a little waiting for her to come out. He stood straight now,fixing his jacket and hair.
Seolhee took small steps trying not to bump into anyone as she walked towards the stairs. She was instantly pulled back harshly. "Where do you think you are going?" The girl behind her asks
"I-i have work" Seolhee stutters,scared
"Awww you have work? " The girl asks again making Seolhee nervously nod "And? Do you think we will let you go?" The girl asks again
"See,j-just this once please-" Seolhee was soon cut off
"SEOLHEE" Niki was standing at the other side of the stairway,signaling her to hurry up
"We will let you go this one time"The girl threatens.
Riki had somehow witness some part of the scene. Needless to say ,he wasn't happy with the way Seolhee was getting treated "So,who are they?" Niki asks
"Just someone"Seolhee replies
"Your friends?" Niki asks making sure he isn't that obvious "Yea-yea,friends" She lies "Ohh" He stops the questions seeing how unhappy she was.
He slightly turned around,glaring at the 3 girls who were still standing there,laughing as if they didn't just harass her. The three girls felt his glare and like anyone would be, they were somewhat scared.
"How does seolhee know such a hot guy?" One of them asks "Probably seduced him or something. She's a slut,you know it" The other answers laughing.
Niki gritted his teeth in annoyance, He had promised his mother that he wasn't going to get in trouble with other students,within or outside his school. But promises are meant to be broken in situations like this ,right?
"Just pick out something you want "Niki assures the girl who had just been dragged inside the store.
"Are you crazy? It's expensive." She looks at him as if he was the weirdest person ever
"I'll be paying for it,dont worry about the price" He replies
"No thank you. I'd rather be grateful if you get me something you know,more in 'my range'" She adds,avoiding the weird glares she is getting
"What is 'your range',now?" The guy just didn't seem to understand
"Like something not so expensive, I dont want to own something I don't like,deserve" She whispers to the guy who was just staring at her with a blank expression
"First of all, forget this bullshit of a mindset. There is nothing a person doesn't 'deserve'. Everyone deserves everything as long as they are grateful about it." He lowers his height directly meeting the girl's gaze.
"You understand?" He asks making her nod
"Now tell me,what have you been wanting to buy " He adds and they girl thinks about it,
Finally,she points at a store
"You want me to get you that store?" He looks at her in amusement
"No, of course not " She again says with questionable eyes,
"I just want to get a bag"
After fifteen minutes or so,the girl finally picked out something,
"This one?" Niki sighed "Yep,this is it" Her reply made Niki smile ,
'Finalllyyyyy' He thought,
They left the place and while they were riding the car he asks, "So , where do I drop you off?"
"My shift starts at 6 and it's 3:45, so just drop me off either at my school or some bus stop"
Niki didn't seem impressed by her answer, "You want to go back and study even though you are getting a opportunity to enjoy the day?"
"What am I supposed to do then?"
"You don't really go out do you?" He asks,his focus still on driving "Not really" Her response earns chuckles from him
Glaring she adds, "U looking down on me or something"
He still continued to smile, "Why don't I show you a little peak of how my life looks like" He glances at her,searching for answers
