Seolhee stared at the menu, What the fuck? Why is it so expensive? Is it made out of gold? 80,000 won for a salad,and it's the cheapest thing on the menu
"Have you decided ?" Niki asks
She tilts her head, "I think I will pass" She closes the menu "You aren't hungry?" He asks her
She shakes her head but as always,her stomach grumbles betraying her.
"You should try the bucatini Amatriciana Pasta,it's heavenly" Niki comments.
She had no idea what that was, "OK?"
The order was placed and Niki noticed the girl staring into space. He quietly knocks her side of the table, "Huh?" She asks
"What are you thinking?" He asks "How much do you think is the waiter's salary here?" She asks and Niki shrugged his shoulders,
"What even goes on in your brain?" "Tsk"
The waiter showed up with the dish, "Have a bite"
Niki took a glance at the girl who hesitantly took a bite. Her face instantly changed as he could see her eyes sparkle, “ Is it good?” She answered nodding, excitedly “Its so good” Her reply made his eyes sparkle too
“But, why are you staring at me?” Her question caught him off guard,
But a situation like this wasn’t new to him.
“Why do you think so” He replies leaning at their table.
“ I mean, I know that I am pretty”She replies which made him laugh
“What?” She asks again, raising her eye brows
“Its quiet the opposite, you know” She scoffs and crosses her hands,
“Are you like calling me ugly?” She waited for his answer, “I mean I can’t lie”
“Jerk, you aren’t that good looking either”
“Oh honey, you are bad at lying “
“Omg Niki?” They got interrupted, It was the second time of the day.
“What were the chances that we would meet here?” The girl gasped “Right?” He awkwardly answers.
“Who is this?” The girl glances at Seolhee, “My friend”Niki answers
“Friend huh?” “Yep, Hwayeong ill meet you tomorrow at the party”
“Of course, bye! Call me anytime, I am always free” She waves and walks off.
“Why are you laughing?” Niki looks at the girl “ How many girls do you even have in contact? 20?” She questions,
“20? Do you think that low of me?” Niki questions back. She raises her eyebrow waiting for him to continue,
“Its more than 30” Niki adds
“Tsk tsk, of course” She shakes her head in disappointment “Don’t judge” “Ill judge whoever I want to” He scoffed but still had that little smirk watching her eat.
