I'm a sucker for story's with characters who are really old timed and call each other "darling." "My love" I really wanna write a one shot like that so.. here ;)

This one shot will be placed after the fight with Kuvira, Lin finally takes some breaks from work.

Y/n looked to find Lin that she wasn't in bed, Y/n checked the bathroom and she wasn't there. As Y/n walked down the stairs she heard clinking and a nice aroma of fresh breakfast. Y/n walked to see Lin cooking breakfast with a her Apron on and underneath was Black shorts and a white T-shirt. "Good-morning, Darling." Lin said, she already knew y/n was awake because she could feel her vibrations on the ground. "Good-morning love." Y/n said with a smile grabbing coffee cup for Her and Lin. "Don't work to hard, I'm doing this because your always home cleaning, cooking, and doing so much, just rest for a bit." Lin said looking over to Y/n who was smiling softly at her.

"Please, That's hardly a lot, Trust me." Y/n said pouring coffee into their cups. "I took a day off today." Lin said randomly as Y/n quickly snapped her neck to Lin. "Really?! What for?" Y/n asked surprised. "Yeah, as said, you work to hard darling, I want to make it up to you." Lin said with a smile grabbing two plates placing the food on it. "Oh, I really do love you dearest!" Y/n said hugging Lin. "Your such a sweetheart." Y/n said as Lin wrapped her hands around Her. "Since I work so hard can i get a Kiss?" Y/n asked looking up at Lin. "Nicely played." Lin said before grabbing Y/n's chin and kissing her on the lips, it was short yet the nicest kiss ever, the morning sun of the window shining on them, they can spend time together with no worries, its the best thing ever.

They ended the day laying down on the couch whispering sweet nothings to each other before falling asleep.
