Y/n is an orphan, your parents passed away two years ago at age 16, you're living alone on your own now,you're 18 now and just went to senior year college,you afford the bills and the college tuition by working at a part time job of 8 hours.

I was sleeping peacefully, when my alarm started to ring with it's disturbing noises and woke me up from my nap at 9:00pm indicating I have to go to work, while groaning and rubbing my eyes,I said "dear time, why are you my enemy?, did I steal your candy that you won't let me slumber?" I picked up a pillow and yeeted it then got up and turned off the alarm, I got up from my bed and went to the bathroom to take a shower and got ready, it took me 45 mins. After that I grabbed a croissant from the kitchen,munched on it quickly and rode my bicycle to work.

You work in a café, your boss is lineate so you can't afford to be late, you're a hardworker and you try to manage your schedule as it gets really tiring for you to deal with everything.

I reached there exactly at 10:00pm as I entered the café, I greeted with my partner and friend, her name is Mina, I call her mimi, she works with me from night-morning shift, she said "Hiii y/niu" while smiling, I smiled back lightly and said "let's get to work now" and went to the counter to take orders, it was night but still there were many customers coming, after serving them their coffee orders hours passed till it was 1:00am in the morning and I felt exhausted and so was mina, she didn't look very well it seemed like she couldn't handle anymore so I said "psst, mimi you can doze off for a while I will be able to manage alone" she replied "but I don't want to bother-" I quickly put a finger on her lips and said "shh and sleep already" she gave a thankful smile and dozed off time passed and it was 3:38am now and I didn't realize the time, earlier I tried to wake up mina but she wouldn't wake up so I let her sleep more.
Author's pov,
You could barely keep your eyes open, as you slowly went into slumber for exactly 5 mins, then you heard a noise of someone snapping their fingers, you flinched and saw a male figure, for 2 mins you were mesmerized by his beauty, he had short raven colored hair which looked so silky yet fuzzy, divine compelling eyes, medium-sized plumpy lips, he was wearing a black hoodie and harem trousers, he had lobe piercings, he was wearing crescent shaped earrings.
Then reality hit you and you shaked your head and asked "what can I get you, sir?" While making direct eye contact, he replied with "a cappuccino, thanks" You replied "okay sir,but can I get a name?" He replied with nothing and walked off to sit down, you thought in your head "tf am I supposed to write on your bill as the name?"
After making his coffee,you picked up the coffee he ordered and approached him and said "there you go, Mr. Mysterious" in a jokingly way and placed the bill on the table.

"Mr. Mysterious, hm?" I looked at the bill then looked up and made eye contact with the girl with medium-sized,inky,soft and ruffled hair, cute chubby cheeks, charismatic downturned eyes, cherry lips that had a small grin formed over them, she was wearing a white blouse, black skirt with an apron around it, after she said that statement, she went back to the counter.
I looked at the cappuccino it had a crescent shaped moon made with cream in it, I realized I was wearing crescent earrings, it made me smirk, "nice observation skills, miss" I said and took a sip of the delicious cappuccino.

I went back to the counter and saw mimi still asleep, I took out a spray bottle with water in it and sprinkled a little bit over her, "WAKE UP MIMI" I said and she ended up falling to the ground and that got me wheezing so hard that my eyes teared up then I helped her get up while she was glaring at me and said "what's the time now?" And I replied while checking my watch 3:52am and her eyes grew wide and she said "WHAT?! I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING FOR ALMOST 3 HOURS?" And I said scratching my neck,"Yes but not my fault you weren't waking up" mimi pouted and said "thank you for covering for me, I owe you one" I smiled at her and said "no problem"
Then I heard someone calling,he was sitting on the table beside the entrance with a couple of friends, I went over there to their table and said "anything else I could do for you?" The customer replied with "can I get a cream croissant?", I replied with "of course, I'll bring it here in a min", after I put the croissant in a plate, I was approaching them and saw the guy from earlier that was going towards the entrance, that's when suddenly I tripped over someone's foot and was about to fall, knowing what was about to happen I closed my eyes but then I didn't feel the impact between me and the floor but I felt the warmth of someone's arms around my waist, I slowly opened my eyes and saw that it was that guy and my eye's widened and then their was a noise of the glass plate collapsing on the ground and breaking, he was making direct eye contact with me with those compelling dark orbs, it made me wanted to internally scream, I looked down and frowned when I saw the mess of the plate that was broken and the croissant ruined.

I looked down at the mess that was made and looked at the person who caused this situation in the first place and shot him a deadly glare, he was smirking while his friends were trying to hold their laughs, I said to him "what an imbecile." This made him explode with anger and he stood up and said "WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME?!" I replied with an acidic smile "oh wow, now you're deaf aswell? Pathetic." His friends bursted out of laughing, even the girl beside me was holding her laugh, I thought to myself "cute" then realized what I said and shaked my head, the boy humiliated was enraged he left the money on the desk and walked out the entrance, then I looked over to his friends the one who's croissant got ruined was sobbing and others were making awkward faces, this scene was hilarious, I almost couldn't hold my laugh.
Author's Pov,
He looked over towards you, you were crouching and was about to pick up the piece of the broken glass, when he quickly grabbed your wrist and pulled you up towards him to stand up, you were already embarrassed about the whole scene and was trying to avoid eye contact. He said in a calm voice "Why clean up a mess you never made?", you looked up at him and saw him looking at friends of the guy from earlier.

I said to them "Since your friend caused this mess, you all have to clean this up now", their faces were priceless, I said to girl who was fiddling with the silver ring on her index finger "go bring them the brooms and be careful around these assholes" she replied with "thank you- sir-" with an awkward smile and I nodded and gave her a genuine smile and walked out.

After handing the boys the brooms, still thinking about what happened 2 secs ago,"What just happened, I want to yeet myself" I said drowning in my thoughts and looked around to see mimi, with a huge smirk forming on her lips, "shit, she is gonna tease me about this forever" I walked towards her and said "don't say it" and she said "All I smell in the air is loveeee" I groaned and facepalmed.
