Your pov,
After getting out of the shower I looked at the clock, it was approximately 6:40pm as I thought to myself "I still have plenty of time, prom starts at 7:30pm" I walked to the mirror and dried my hair, suddenly my phone started to ring, I saw it was Haru's dad video calling. I smiled and instantly picked up. He was looking youthful as always, he smiled as he said "Hey dear, how are you doing? I miss you" I giggled as I said "I miss you too and I'm doing good, today is prom too, what about you? Don't say you've been stressing yourself" he replied while chuckling while resting his head on his fist "don't forget to send me pics of the lovely couple and thanks for the concern but I'm doing fine, I have an assistant to help me" I nodded and smiled "Of course you will the first person and that's good to hear, take care of yourself" as soon as I said that I heard a feminine voice say "Sir all the files are arranged, you might want to check them and sign some-" she suddenly stopped probably because he was on a call as he turned towards her, I caught a glimpse of a young woman, she had long brown hair, sharp blue eyes with reading glasses, cupid lips and was wearing a business suit. He nodded as he said "I'll be right there." He looked at me and said "Sorry hun, I have to go now, take care of yourself" I nodded and said "Okay, see ya and you too, dad" after that he hung up. I looked at the time it was 6:50pm. I blinked and thought "how tf did 10 mins already pass?! I should get dressed" I quickly got changed into the violet night gown with heels and brushed my hair leaving them open.
Author's pov,
You were fully ready, you grabbed your phone as you heard the door being knocked, you opened the door to find Haru wearing a black suit with a bouquet of roses, you kept on staring at him admiring his visuals, Haru looked at you with shock, you looked beautiful, he got lost looking into your eyes. You waved your hand infront of him and he snaps out of it getting startled as you chuckled, he mumbled "who told you to be so breathtaking?" He shakes his head and hands you the bouquet making you smile as you smelled the roses as you held his arm as he opened the door for you and you both got in, buckling your seat belts as Haru started driving. Later you both reached the destination as you got out and Haru accompanied you inside. The hall was filled with decorations as well as food tables and huge space area. You saw alot of familiar faces. You heard Haru call your name as you turned your head towards him as he said "want to go to the food tables?" As I nodded aggressively making him chuckle, you took a few snacks, eating them suddenly you felt a hand on your shoulder you saw it was some stranger suddenly he got terrified and walked away, making you raise your eyebrow in confusion, you looked at Haru and caught him dead glaring as you chuckled and kissed his cheek to calm him down, just like you expected his eyes lit up. Soon the slow music started to play you looked to see couples dancing as you turned your head towards Haru he grinned as he said "shall we?" making your cheeks heat up, you gave him your right hand to him and placed your left on his shoulder as held you by your waist firmly and you both starting dancing, exchanging smiles while staring deep into each other's eyes as he signalled, you turned around and moved along with him not feeling embarrassed anymore, he suddenly spinned you as you landing on his arms, you were a blushing mess from the scene. You took the time to admire his beauty, he looked so ethereal as he came closer and whispered in your ear "Want me to take you somewhere?". Making you raise your eyebrow as you said out of curiosity "Yes but where-?" He grinned as he said "You will find out" he held your hand and dragged you with him and walked towards his car as he said "get in" while opening the door making you confused but you got in while buckling your seatbelt as he did the same you glanced at him and asked "is it far?" As he replied with a smile "no" you looked out the window and it was already dark outside. You could see the moon shining with stars shimmering along, you stared at the beautiful scenery not noticing Haru secret watching. You glanced at him as he instantly looked away but you could see his cheeks pink as he fake coughed and said "We're here" as you got out all you could see was darkness since Haru had his hands over your eyes as you said "Why won't you let me see?" As he said "I want it to be a surprise" you knew you couldn't argue with him so you followed him. Suddenly you tripped on a rock as he caught you. You opened your eyes to see a lake the reflection of moon shining on it with green trees surrounding it decorated with fairy light as wind blowed with the leaves moving along with it you eyes widened as you looked the breathtaking vivid scenery, you heard Haru say "do you like it? I usually come here when I have alot on my mind" You felt butterflies as you looked towards him with a smile "It's beautiful, I love it" a sudden question came in your head as you asked "what do you have in your mind now then?" He grinned and pulled you closer by your waist as his face only meters away from your face as he quickly pecked your lips and said "You" your face turned crimson red, you wanted to scream in your head as he said "I wanted to give you something" you asked "what is it?" You saw his hand go inside his pocket as he took out a tiny box and placed in on your palm, you looked at it with a confused look, it was black box with had the word "desidero" on it, as you opened the box to find a silver necklace with a cute heart amethyst gem. It was so pretty you were unknowingly smiling at it and Haru got satisfied by your reaction as he said "Want me to put it on for you?" As you replied instantly "Yes" you turned around as he pushed your hair to the side, taking the necklace and putting it on, while his hot breath hit your neck and you could smell his fragrance, he planted a small kiss on your neck before finishing making your body burn and your heart skip a beat. You turned around facing him as he caressed your cheek.
Your pov,
He caressed my cheek making my heart run marathons but suddenly I heard phone ring, it was Haru's, he looked so pissed off as he signed and looked at him, I gestured him to pick it up as he nodded,walking further and picked up the phone saying "Hello sir?" We heard a scream from the phone as Haru covered his ear and replied "Hello? Yes I'm Haru" suddenly I saw his facial expressions change, his face went pale, his eyes widened as he said almost yelling "WHAT? I'll be there soon." you looked at him with a confused look, raising your eyebrow and worried as you thought "What could have happened?" As I came towards him, he looked at me with a straight face now I knew something was definitely wrong as I asked "What happened? Are you alright?" I looked into his eyes only finding sorrow suddenly he grabbed onto my wrist as he said with a cold tone "we have to go now." I furrowed my eyebrows and followed him. He was walking so fast I was breathing heavily since it was hard to walk in the dress, he turned around to look at me and came towards me, picking me up bridal style as my face was flushed, we got into the car as he started driving, I glanced at him, still worried as hell, I could imagine the worst possible scenarios and it was driving me insane, he finally glanced at me and said "I'll explain later." I nodded as we reached our destination a.k.a my house, I looked at him with a confused look as I said "why are we here?" He signed while biting his lower lip as he stared into my eyes and holding onto my hand tightly as he said seriously "Something came up, I can't even explain what's happening but it's urgent, you knowing about it will cause you danger. I don't want you get involved in it. I'm sorry but I'll be leaving this place today and I don't know when I will come back but I'll make sure to find you again but it's okay if you can't wait for it or loose your feelings." My eyes widened hearing his words, I didn't even know what to say "Is what I'm hearing correct? Will I stop seeing his face? What if I never see him again?" Countless questions formed in my head as I unknowingly started to tear up, tears were falling down my cheeks, I couldn't hold it in, his hands wiped my tears as I hugged him tightly, he quickly hugged back patting my back as I felt his warmth and said sniffing as my tears drenched his shoulder wet "NO! you can't just leave, I know it's important but I want you here with me, why don't you take me with you? I can handle anything as long as I'm with you, HOW DARE YOU SAY I'LL LOOSE FEELINGS?! Do you think I can? I'll wait for you if I have too but promise me you will come back to me" I pulled away and looked at him, biting my lip, trying to control myself as I thought "why am I like this?" As he said putting a strand of my hair behind my ear "I promise." my eyes slightly lit up as he extended his hand showing his pinky, I connected mine with his as I stared at him for the last time, making sure I'll remember every detail about his face, I could see tears form in his eyes too, I knew he was trying hard to control himself. I weakly smiled as I said "I'll see you soon then just remember that I love you-" I didn't even finish as his lips smashed onto mine, making me miss him even more, I kissed him back deeply, as I caressed his cheek, wiping the tear falling down his cheek as wrapped my arm around his neck, it was long and filled with love, soon we pulled away panting, it was like I was about to cry again, I got out of the car holding it in as I got into my house, as soon as I did I broke down again. I thought to myself "It's unfair, I didn't expect it to happen so suddenly" Wiping I got up as I thought "I have to stay strong for him" and got freshened as I wore Haru's clothes. Later I was sitting on the couch with my head on my knees as I heard weird noises coming from outside , I huffed as I went out to check and saw milo jump into my arms, I was shocked but glad I really needed someone with me right now. Suddenly I heard a familiar voice call my name it was mimi she was with Aspen, she saw my state and ran towards me followed by aspen, asking what happened with worried looks, I invited them inside and told them everything as they tried their best to comfort me. I had a feeling I'll get to see him again as I thought to myself "I'll wait for you, wait and watch."
