Chapter 16 Kini comes home late and gets a curfew

It was about to be sundown at the tree of life and Kini was still out with her friends and King Kion and Queen Rani were starting to get worried about Kini being out this late so they talk about giving Kini a curfew.

Queen Rani: babe I'm starting to get worried about Kini
King Kion: I am to hon she's never been gone this late
Queen Rani: yeah it's getting late
King Kion: Yeah when she gets home I think we should start giving her a curfew
Queen Rani: Yeah I think so to
King Kion: I think it's time for her to learn when it's time for her to come home
Queen Rani: Yeah like something could happen

Meanwhile Kini was still with her friends and they realize it's getting late so they decided to go home.

The girls: Uhh Kini

The girls: it's getting late and the Sun is going down
Kini: Oh shoot my parents are gonna kill me
The girls: Ok let's get Kini home
Kini: Yeah let's hope that I don't get grounded again
The girls: Yeah let's hope not

So the girls are taking Kini home then her parents are tell her that it's time to start having a curfew.

Kini:(walks inside the tree) mom dad I'm home
Queen Rani: There you are we were so worried
King Kion: where have you been this late
Kini: I was out with my friends
King Kion: Well we didn't think you were going to be gone this late
Kini: Oh come on its not like you two have been out late
King Kion: Oh trust me I went out late when I was your age and I got into huge trouble by your grandparents
Queen Rani: That's why me and your father worry when you go out at night
King Kion: So me and your mom came with an agreement
Kini: And what's that
King Kion: We have decided that we are going to start giving you a curfew
Kini: A curfew but mom dad
King Kion: No buts young lady
Queen Rani: You'll be home before sundown
Kini: Ugh that's not fair
King Kion: Well you got to learn and we will be having a discussion about your curfew in the morning
Kini: Ok fine (with an attitude)
King Kion: Young lady what have we talked about giving us this attitude
Kini: Ok Sheesh (with an attitude)
King Kion: did we just say stop giving us this attitude missy
Queen Rani: Alright let's finish this in the morning Kini it's time for bed
Kini: Aw man
King Kion: Yep you don't get to stay up late tonight because of your behavior
Kini: Ugh fine (with an attitude and lays down)
King Kion: So what do you want to do while we are outside
Queen Rani: I don't know maybe we can look at the stars
King Kion: Alright babe

Then they went outside to look at the stars while Kini was sleeping since she had bad behavior.
