Chapter 18 Kini sneaks off and gets punished

It's been a few days since Keni's birth and It was a beautiful morning at the tree of life and Kini was the first one up and King Kion and Queen Rani and Keni were still sleeping and then King Kion gets up and went outside and sees Kini looking at the sunrise and he asks her why she is up early then she tries to deny it because she didn't want to hear Keni whining.

Kini: (Starches and goes outside to see the sunrise)

after a few minutes then King Kion wakes up and goes outside then he sees Kini outside looking at the sunrise.

King Kion: Well I didn't think you would be out here this morning
Kini: Oh hi dad
King Kion: What are you doing up this early
Kini: Oh I was just looking at the sunrise (tries to deny)
King Kion: hmm Ok
Kini: So what are you doing up this early
King Kion: I always get up this early
Kini: Ok

Then Queen Rani wakes up and Keni starts whining then she calls King Kion to help her

Keni: (whining)
Queen Rani: it's Okay Keni mommy's here Kion I'm gonna need your help
King Kion: Ok hun I'm coming I will be right back don't go anywhere (walks into the tree)
Kini: Yeah Yeah (with an attitude)

Then he walks into the tree.

Kini: its so boring I can't go anywhere and I can't do anything ugh

Then her friends came to see what she is doing.

The girls: Heyy girl
Kini: Hey girls (sounds irritated)
The girls: What's wrong girl why do you sound irritated
Kini: I'm just irritated because my dad won't let me go anywhere
The girls: Why would he not let you go anywhere

Meanwhile in the tree King Kion and Queen Rani were taking care of Keni.

Queen Rani: Babe look at him being all cute
King Kion: Yeah he's being too adorable

Keni:(Yawning)
Queen Rani: Awwww it looks like he's getting tired

While the three get ready for a nap so meanwhile the girls were trying to find somewhere to hang out.

The girls: Does anyone have an idea
Kini: No
The girls: Wait why not we see if the boys are at the watering hole
Kini: Sure
The girls: Alright you ready
Kini: Yes I'm ready
The girls: Okay let's go
Kini: Yeah but I can't go anywhere
The girls: True let's just go before your dad finds out
Kini: Yeah

After the girls are heading out to the watering hole to see if the boys are there meanwhile King Kion and Queen Rani and Keni are getting ready to take a nap.

Keni: (falls asleep in Queen Rani's arms)
Queen Rani: Awwww Babe look he's asleep
King Kion: Awwww he must been tired
Queen Rani: Yeah (yawns)
King Kion:(Yawns) I'm getting tired
Queen Rani: Same I'm ready to sleep
King Kion: I'm ready to sleep to (lays down)
King Kion and Queen Rani:(falls asleep)

While all three of them were sleeping so meanwhile the girls made it to the watering hole to meet the boys.

Kini: Girls are you sure my parents aren't going to kill me for this
The girls: We are sure
Kini: Okay good because I'm not getting grounded again

Then the boys see the girls.

The boys: Hey girls
The girls: Hey boys
Kini: Hey boys
The boys: Hey Kini

A few hours later after the girls went the watering hole King Kion and Queen Rani wake from their nap and King Kion and Queen Rani realizes that Kini is not in the tree.

King Kion and Queen Rani: (Yawns and stretch)
King Kion: How did you sleep babe
Queen Rani: I slept good babe how about you
King Kion: I slept well
Queen Rani: That's good to hear
King Kion and Queen Rani: (Kisses on the lips)
Queen Rani: Babe where's Kini
King Kion: I haven't seen her since this morning when she was up very early
Queen Rani: Do you think that she could have ran off
King Kion: Hopefully she didn't because I told her not to go anywhere
Queen Rani: Babe should we go and find her
King Kion: I'll go you need to stay here with Keni
Queen Rani: Ok babe
King Kion: I will be back home with Kini and she is going to be punished when she gets home
Queen Rani: What's going to be her punishment
King Kion: She will be on lockdown for the whole day tomorrow and she won't be leaving the tree for the rest of the week
Queen Rani: I agree what you are saying
King Kion: Well I'm off to get Kini
Queen Rani: Okay babe love you
King Kion: love you too babe (kiss her cheek)
Queen Rani: Babe are you forgetting something
King Kion: What
Queen Rani: You forgot about Keni
King Kion: Oh sorry buddy (kisses his head)

Then King Kion was off to find Kini and bring
her home so she can be punished meanwhile at the watering hole the girls and the boys were just talking then the boys had to go so the so they were just chilling then King Kion walks up and he was not happy with Kini.

The girls: So what do you want to do
Kini: I don't know
The girls: We have to think of something
Kini: Yeah
King Kion: (Walks up to Kini) Ahm
Kini: (Gasp) Oh hi dad
King Kion: Yeah nice try come on let's go home
Kini: Aw man
The girls: Bye girl
Kini: Bye girls

Then King Kion and Kini were coming back to the tree so King Kion and Queen Rani can punish her.

Queen Rani: Kini there you are
Kini: Hi mom (nuzzles her)
King Kion: Now young lady we are going to have a talk
Kini: What am I in trouble
Queen Rani: Yes you are in big trouble
Kini: For what
King Kion: I told you not to go anywhere but you decided to sneak off
Queen Rani: Yes you know not to go anywhere without telling me and your dad
Kini: Oh come on it was just the watering hole
King Kion: That doesn't matter you should have known better then that
Queen Rani: Yes for disobeying your dad your going to be punished
Kini: Wait I thought that I was going to be grounded
King Kion: Well we were going to ground you but we decided to do something different
Kini: So how long am I going to be punished for
King Kion: Well your not leaving the tree for the rest of the week and you will be on lockdown all day tomorrow
Kini: Oh come on that's not fair
King Kion: Well sorry that's how it works
Kini: Ugh (with an attitude)
King Kion: Well I'm going to get dinner so you are staying with your mom and brother
Kini: fine
King Kion: I should be right back babe
Queen Rani: Alright babe love you
King Kion: Love you to babe

Then King Kion went to get dinner.
