The Lion Guard: The Tree of Life with King Kion and Queen Rani

Chapter 17 Queen Rani goes into labor

Well it's been a few months now and Queen Rani could give birth anytime now but today could be the day that she gives birth. It was a nice day at the tree of life and Kini was up and she was outside with her friends and King Kion and Queen Rani were still sleeping then King Kion wakes up then starts to mess with Queen Rani a little bit then after he stops they noticed that Kini was already gone then King Kion goes off to morning patrol.

Kini: (yawns and stretchs)
Then walks outside.
King Kion: (Yawns and looks at Queen Rani)
Queen Rani: (sleeping)
King Kion: Hey (pinches Queen Rani's nose)
Queen Rani: (groans and pushes his paw)
King Kion: wakey wakey (tickleing her nose)
Queen Rani: Don't your interrupting my sleep
King Kion: Oh (Tickles her nose)
Queen Rani:(pushes his paw) leave the Queen alone
King Kion: (laughing) Ok Ok I will hon
Queen Rani: Thank you I'm actually getting up anyway
King Kion: Hey where did Kini go
Queen Rani: actually I don't know
King Kion: I think she woke up before us and went outside without telling us
Queen Rani: she should know not to leave without telling us
King Kion: Yeah we are going to have a talk with her tomorrow
Queen Rani: Yeah because this is dangerous
King Kion: Well I'm off for Patrol I will see you later (Kisses her cheek and leaves for patrol)
Queen Rani: wait
King Kion: what
Queen Rani: you forgot someone
King Kion: who
Queen Rani: ( points to her stomach)
King Kion: Oh yeah the baby ( Kisses her stomach)
Queen Rani: Love you babe
King Kion: Love you too dear
King and Queen Rani: (kisses on the lips)

Meanwhile After King Kion left for patrol Kini was with her friends and they were trying to find somewhere they can hang out but then the girls decided where they were going to hang out so they are going to hang out with some boys .

The girls: So what do you guys wanna do
Kini: That I don't know
The girls: wait we got it why not we go to see the boys they are always at the watering hole playing around
Kini: well Ok let's go

After the girls are on their way to hang out with some boys for a bit then the guard was done with patrol so King Kion went inside the tree to see his lovely wife.

King Kion: Hey hon I'm home
Queen Rani: Hey dear how was patrol
King Kion: It was better today
Queen Rani: That's good to hear
King Kion: (Kisses her cheek)
Queen Rani: now since we are alone what should we do
King Kion: let's have some fun (smerk)
Queen Rani: Oh I see that smerk alright let's some fun

So King Kion and Queen Rani are going to be having some fun for a bit so meanwhile the girls are with the boys.

The boys: Hey girls and Kini what's up
The girls: hey boys
Kini: Hey boys
The Boys: So what have you girls been up to
The girls: Oh nothing
The boys: Let's go swimming
The girls and Kini: Yayyyyyy

Then after the girls made it to the watering hole and they go swimming so a little while later Queen Rani's water breaks and she goes into labor

King Kion: that was amazing right hon
Queen Rani: Yes that was
King Kion: we should do this more often
Queen Rani: when the kids are not around
King Kion: yeah
Queen Rani: (water breaks) Oh no babe it's time
King Kion: It's time now (panicking)
Queen Rani: (breathing) yeah
King Kion: Ok Ok I will get Makini
Queen Rani: (breathing) Ok don't be long
King Kion: Ok just keep breathing
Queen Rani: (breathing) Ok

Then King Kion went to get Makini to help Queen Rani give birth.

King Kion: Makini Makini
Makini: Yes Kion
King Kion: It's time for the baby to come
Makini: Ok let go
King Kion: Ok

After King Kion got Makini they went to the tree.

King Kion: hon I'm back I got Makini
Queen Rani: (breathing) oh good
Makini: Hello Rani are you ready
Queen Rani: (breathing) yeah
Makini: Ok Kion it's time for you to be outside
King Kion: Alright babe your going to be okay
Queen Rani: (breathing) Ok love you
King Kion: love you too dear (kisses her cheek)

Then King Kion went outside and waiting for the baby to be born so he was pacing back and forth and he tells the guard that the baby is about to be born.

King Kion: (pacing)
The Guard: Kion you Ok buddy
King Kion: Oh yeah I'm Okay it's just the baby is coming
The Guard: the baby is coming now
King Kion: Yeah
The Guard: do you think your gonna son or another daughter
King Kion: that i don't know

Then the girls are coming back from hanging out with the boys then Kini goes to to her dad and asks him why he is outside then he tells her that the baby is coming.

Kini: Oh I see my dad I will see you all tomorrow later
The girls: later Kini see you tomorrow
Then walks up to her dad
Kini: Hey dad
King Kion: Hey Kini
Kini: why are you sitting outside
King Kion: Well your mother is in labor
Kini: really she's about to have the baby
King Kion: yes

A few hours later then Queen Rani has given birth to a healthy baby boy and they are going to name him Keni.

Makini: Well the baby has arrived
King Kion: Is a boy or girl
Makini: It's a boy
King Kion: Kini you have a new little brother
Kini: A new little brother that's amazing
Makini: Well they are ready for you two
King Kion: Ok you ready princess
Kini: Yes I'm ready

Then King Kion and Kini went into the tree to see Queen Rani and the new little prince.

King Kion: Hey darling
Queen Rani: Hey dear (sounds tired)
Kini: Hi mom
Queen Rani: Hey Kini (sounds tired)
King Kion: How do you feel dear
Queen Rani: I feel good but tired
King Kion: I'm glad you are okay honey
Queen Rani: So Kini you ready to meet your new little brother
Kini: Yes
Queen Rani: Ok you ready dear
King Kion: yes darling
Queen Rani: Ok here he is (shows the little prince)
King Kion: He's perfect what do you think Kini
Kini: he's cute
Makini: What's the name
King Kion: We had a few ideas
Kini: I know we should call him Keni
King Kion: I like that name
Queen Rani: Same
Makini: it's an adorable name
King Kion and Queen Rani: (yawns)
Kini: (yawns) I'm getting tired
King Kion: me and your mom are also tired
Queen Rani: yeah I think its time to go to bed
Kini: yeah (lays down and falls asleep)
King Kion: (lays down with Queen Rani)
Queen Rani: Look at her she is growing up
King Kion: I know way to fast
Queen Rani: ready to get some sleep
King Kion: yeah
Queen Rani: goodnight dear
King Kion: Goodnight Darling
Queen Rani: Love you
King Kion: Love you too

Then they went to sleep
