Two hooded figure made their way into a warehouse, as they walked those who noticed them backed away, not wanting to even be noticed by them. One of them carried sacks of dust which they hung on their shoulders, while the other dragged a person by their neck. They soon approached a man with a cane and a bowler hat, as he puffs a cigar while counting a stack of money, he soon notices the two and dropped what he was doing, immediately raising his arms to greet them.

"How are my two favourite hitmen? Of course, your little errands are nothing for you!" As he said that, the one carrying a sack of dust held it in front of him.

"Wait! Stop! Stop! Those are combustible! Haven't I told you that already? Slowly put the sack down, not drop it!" He said as he took a step back, with the hooded figure heeding his advice as he slowly lowered down the sack until it rested on the floor. The second then threw the man they carried in front of the man with a bowler cap, who was also happy about that as well.

"And you caught a traitor! It was worth enlisting you two to the army!" He joyously exclaimed as the two stared at him.

"Oh, right, your payment... Fine, you can have your 3, no, make it 4, an extra for the traitor, of dust. Whether it is for your ammunition or whatever, they're yours now." Calling a few men nearby, the men carried away the unconscious man as some others pulled a trolley with 4 boxes on it, with one of the hooded figures nodding, they walked off as the men pulled the trolley for them...

The man sighed as he took a seat. He never knew how efficient these two were at the job, alongside their excellent combat prowess to rival most Hunters, they were as destructive as the best weapons he had on him.

"Who are they?" Suddenly, a woman asked from behind him, with the man turning, he saw three people approaching him.

"New comrades for the cause?" He jokingly said, yet the one leading the three, a black-haired woman wearing a crimson red dress, was not having it.

"More like mercenaries. What exactly are you trying to accomplish, paying them in the resources we needed more?" Now leaning over and looking down at the man, the man did not budge as he took a smoke from his cigar.

"I value efficiency over anything else lady, you were the ones who suggested working with these stupid mutts from the White Fang." He waved at the men busy at work, their faces covered with a white mask.

"For now, I will allow their involvement in the plan, but after? It will strictly be White Fang and them only. If it comes out that the White Fang aren't just the ones involved, we will be discovered..." She said before backing off from the man, yet, one of the three stepped forward.

"Hey, do you know what language those two are talking to other?" A woman with emerald hair asked, with confusion plastered on her face, the man with the bowler hat shook his head,

"Neo checked it out, there does not seem to be any existing language found on the scroll, whatever it is, give up on eavesdropping on them, it's basically impossible..."

It was already night when Yelena found herself in a large room where everyone had gathered to sleep for the night, whereas everyone had prepared some form of sleeping wear and a sleeping bag. Yelena had neither, rather, she sat on the ground and leaned on a wall, preparing to rest as well. She was pretty comfortable with the way she slept anyways, she spent her whole life out in the frozen waste, she was used to sleeping without anything to comfort her body.

She closed her eyes and remembered what happened after her conversation with Ruby and Jaune, from the odd speech directed from the headmaster to her second meeting with Weiss. Where she was handed a pamphlet on what dust was as a sign of sarcasm, was useful for her in the long run, as she didn't really understand the basics of it anyway..

Yet, as she drifted off, she was awoken by yet a familiar voice, it was the girl with black hair.

"Can I sit beside you?" The girl asked, with Yelena silently nodding, the girl sat beside the rabbit, holding a book in her hand, the two sat in silence, until suddenly, the girl in black sighed as she closed her book and faced Yelena.

"Blake... My name is Blake..." She muttered, leaning on the wall.

"Yelena." The rabbit simply answered, finding herself in another conversation, she slowly opened her eyes.

"How... How are you treated as a Faunus?" Blake asked, bringing her legs up until her head rested on her knees, she looked up to see the rabbit ears of Yelena.

"This again?" Yelena asked, now eyeing the black woman.

"It's just, you're a Faunus, and you know..."

"Badly..." Yelena said, not anymore wanting to listen to Blake's reasoning on why she asked, she simply explained. "I have seen devils treat men and women as items, I have seen organizations like the White Fang try to remedy the situation, only to fail fruitlessly on their endless suffering..."

She remembered the struggles of her father's guerrilla strike force, the massacres Reunion had caused upon themselves and to the innocent population of Chernobog and Lungmen... Yet, she could also remember her saviours, the people who brought her out of the cycle of suffering and madness, those who were from Rhodes Island...

"I once was also part of the White Fang, the way they tried to stop the abuse, it was far different back then... now? It is a completely different story..." Blake said, with Yelena turning to meet her,

"You're a Faunus?" She asked. She was already suspicious of the way Blake conversed earlier, but she didn't want to assume.

"Yeah..." Black answered as she continued, "back then, the White Fang simply spoke out over the mistreatment of the Faunus, yet now, they will kill and rob..."

As she talked, Yelena could only think about Reunion, and how far it fell from the faction she had known...

"My father... he had lost so much for being someone nobody wanted to be... and fought against those who were like him... For years did he fight, only for nothing to change... Yet, he changed instead, having left his fight, he settled down at Beacon city, where I applied for this academy..." Yelena said, remembering her final moments, she remembered her time talking with her enemy, she remembered her bet with him, and she remembered the man who stayed with her till her last breath.

Blake looked at Yelena, speechless on what she had heard, but lowered her head once more, looking away from the rabbit as the two now sat quietly. They had so much in common yet knew so little about each other, but for the time being... They weren't lonely as they drifted away, pondering what tomorrow will bring for them...
