Free yawned as he left his dorm room, stretching his bionic arms and reaching the ceiling of the hallway. His peaceful morning was immediately interrupted as Ruby, Yang and Weiss came barreling forward.

"Free! Have you seen Blake?! She's been missing for the past 2 days!" Ruby exclaimed as Free slowly lowered his body, looking at the trio, Free raised his brow in confusion.

"You mean silent black-haired girl with a big bow on her head that usually acts as if she has done some really bad things and is regretting it and is trying to distance herself from everyone?" He asked, remembering Blake as that, the Yang kept herself from laughing as Weiss sighed.

"Yes, that silent black-haired girl with a big bow on her head that usually acts as if she has done some really bad things and is regretting it and is trying to distance herself from everyone." She said, repeating what he just said, he thought about it, only to shake his head.

"Nope, haven't seen her in a while. By the way, have you seen Yelena in a while? I haven't seen her ever since she went to visit her father." He said, scratching his head, the trio of girls looked at each other again.

"You mean 2 days ago?" Ruby asked, remembering that she separated from the four just before they chased after the boy with yellow hair and a monkey's tail. No, to be more precise, they lost the white bunny, as if she didn't follow them when chasing the boy.

"Both of them? Gone? Something's fishy here..." Yang muttered as they made their way to the cliffside to where a bullhead was there to transport them to Vale.

Yelena leaned beside shipments of cargo in the port, eating an MRE as Patriot sat, waiting for his cup to finish boiling, the two had been waiting for two days now. It was not like they haven't done these before, as they'd been through worse.

They looked past a corner, seeing an empty section of the port, the sound of their plastic sporks hitting their paper cups were the only things they could hear.

"Nothing yet, thankfully, we also haven't been spotted by the guards here." She said as she sat down beside her father, who peeled open the seal of his meal as he began eating. Yet, as they ate, they were quickly interrupted by the sound of a ship blaring its horn. It was only a matter of time had they expected a new batch of cargo to begin arriving soon. Moving to their stations, the two climbed up the stacks of cargo vans to get a higher view of the area, with the wind sweeping past. Behind Patriot, his shield and halberd hang on straps, knowing full well of the upcoming fight, he took the time to inspect his equipment, even if they were already pretty new ever since he came across them back at the forest.

"Schnee Dust Company... way to put a target on themselves..." Patriot commented as he looked at the very noticeable logo strapped on the sides of each container. Being this high up, Yelena's hair drifted past the wind as they continued to observe the men and machinery deliver more cargo vans into the vicinity. Yet, as they did, Yelena noticed a black speck on one of the buildings, another person, but not who they were looking for.

Taking a closer look, she soon notices a yellow speck walking towards the dark speck, the two seemingly conversing with each other, and soon realized who they were.

"Blake?" She soon said with her father turning around as he saw his daughter's surprised look.

"One of your friends?" He asked, with the last of the men finishing the off-loading, Yelena bobbed her head at the remark.

"I supposed so." She said as the sudden arrival of numerous bullheads returned them to what they were here for.

"Do you really think..." Yelena asked, with her father not responding, the two looked onwards as they saw dozens of masked men walking out of the many aircraft. It had only come to their mind that this was their first time seeing the White Fang, as although they have heard so much about them, they neither knew what they looked like or how they operated...

"They almost look like Reunion recruits..." Yelena said. Recruitment into Reunion was pretty simple, as an infected could easily just wear on a mask and strap on their insignia on their shoulders.

As they watched further, a feeling began to rise from them as their movement began to slow. Not moving, the two looked at each other as Patriot slowly moved his hands, unnoticeable to the figure behind them. It was the hooded figure, Alex, or whoever it was, with his shadow covering Yelena, he pointed his launchers onto the two, their cover blown.

"Are you Alex?" Yelena slowly asked as commotion stirred down below, as Yelena could see a man known as Roman Torchwick being held hostage by Blake. The figure did not speak as the three could see Blake unwrap her bow, revealing her cat ears, she began to speak as Patriot slowly unbuckled the straps to his halberd under the cover of his own body.

"Brothers of the White Fang! Why are you aiding this scum?" She shouted as the soldiers surrounding her looked at each other, they continued pointing their guns at Blake.

"Oh baby, baby, baby... Haven't you heard? The higher-ups of the White Fang and I are on a business venture." The man laughed at Blake, more Bullheads swarmed the girl as troops dropped from the aircraft, with even more Bullheads swarming Yelena and Patriot.

"And it seemed like my own employees have found one of yours," Torchwick said as the two noticed Yelena and Patriot, with the rabbit catching on to it.

"What?" Blake muttered as she turned to look.

"You're one of them?" She said as Patriot quickly swung his halberd, the hooded figure, Skullshatterer, opened fire, blowing up the stacks of cargo they were upon...

Taking advantage of the abrupt chaos, Roman blew up the ground beneath Blake with his flare stick, taking a step back and rejoining the group of White Fang, Skullshatterer gracefully fell from the sky, twisting and flipping as they land beside the man in the white coat. Slowly standing up, they stood beside Roman as swarms of White Fang soldiers flooded forward, their weapons levelled in front of them, had it not been for the dust cloud that the explosion caused would they have already found their target...

Yet, as the dust of debris cleared, they freeze in place as two figures came into view... one, a hulking mass of steel and machinery, clouded with a veil of darkness and armed with a shield larger than the largest of the soldiers, the other, a halberd that struck fear into the minds of the already petrified soldiers. The second was a white bunny, much smaller compared to the former, cool air drifted past the soldiers from the two, her icy breath already lowering the temperature of the area and forming clouds as she breathed, muddy puddles froze as ice began to spread from around her...

They did not know who the two were, neither were they thinking about it, but as they shake off the sense of petrification, the Devil of the North, as well as the Winter Scar, advances...

~~~Author's Notes~~~
I wonder how awkward the 2 days of Blake and Sun being together would have been. Sun just tailing the silent Blake for 48 hours... Where did they sleep? Did they eat together silently? Knowing Sun, he probably would have tried starting up a conversation many times, but to no avail. Is this where the ship started between the two? Or did it really just start during the prom night episode? It probably started when Sun winked at Blake, like a small match stick lighting the whole Arizona forest ngl...
Also last chapter next... Has barely been a week but I have written so much... I admit, I may have rushed things, maybe overlooked some chapters and forgot to proofread them entirely... but it is fine. Also, I did focus more on the Arknights side of things, a total imbalance, but I'll explain it in the next chapter.
Also also, no credits for the picture, it's directly gotten from the base game of Arknights, that's why the symbol on Patriot's shield is wrong from the description I gave in chapter 1.
