Sivaangi sat by her unconscious mother, shedding silent tears. She caressed her mom's hand wishing everything would go back to normal. She knew it isn't possible but all she can do is wish.

"Mrs. Geetha will have to be in our care to undergo treatment. We have to start the treatment immediately before it gets worse.  We have the best doctors in town so don't worry, she will be fine"

The doctors words lingered in her mind.

"However...it will cost around 3 million for the treatment. We will give you some time to think about it"

Sivaangi still gets the chill when she remembered everything the doctor said. Especially how on earth is she going to pay 3 million ?

"Ms. Sivaangi ?", a nurse called, breaking her inner thoughts.

Sivaangi startled and looked at the nurse.

"This is the admission form, you'll have to pay the deposit at the counter. Take care", the nurse smiled and left.

Sivaangi took a look at the form. After reading through it, she found the fees at the bottom down. 50,000 ? Her eyes widened. She dropped to the chair with no idea what she's gonna do. She definitely doesn't have that much nor her mother does. She would decide to sell their house in a glimpse but they don't own it. It's a rental house. The only valuable she has is her scooter and some jewels. She didn't think much. She took out her phone and made a phone call.

"Hey rowdy", Sam answered the call.

"Sam..", Sivaangi tried not to cry.

Sam immediately sensed something's wrong from her tone itself.

"Hey, what's wrong ?", Sam asked.

"Can you meet me at my house", Sivaangi asked.

"I'll be there", Sam said.

Meanwhile at Ashwin's household,

"Have you seen Ashwin", Pugazh asked as he entered the house.

"Where else he'll be, in his room of course", Mani answered, annoyed by her brother who will either be at office or locked up in his room.

Pugazh took the stairs towards Ashwin's room.

"Pugazh...bring him down for dinner", Ashwin's mom yelled from the kitchen.

"Okay ma", Pugazh said as he knocked on Ashwin's door.

After a few minutes of knocking, Ashwin finally opened the door.

"Yen da ivalo neram", Pugazh complained.

Ashwin didn't answer, he just walked in back, letting Pugazh in.

As soon as Pugazh saw Ashwin, he knew what's up.

"Have you been drinking again ?", Pugazh asked crossing his arms.

Ashwin didn't answer, instead he refilled the glass with the drink.

"How many times I told you Ashwin ? This habit is getting worse !", Pugazh yelled.

Ashwin maintained his silence, not bothering Pugazh.

"Ashwin !", Pugazh yelled.

Ashwin couldn't take it anymore. He furiously smashed the drink filled glass to the floor.

"Ashwin..", Pugazh gently called.

"STOP IT ! JUST STOP IT !", Ashwin shouted at the top of his lungs.

Pugazh stood silently, knowing whatever he says is going to make Ashwin even more furious.

"Why wouldn't anyone leave me alone ?! Why is everyone torturing me ?!", Ashwin yelled.

"Nadenthathe unnode fault ille Ashwin, please understand that", Pugazh walked near Ashwin.

"It is my fault ! It is", Ashwin cried.

"Everyone is worried about you. You need to think about your family", Pugazh said.

"I am thinking about them. It's the reason I'm alive this minute. But all they want is me to get married ! All they want is me to bring home a girl !", Ashwin said. He calmed down a little.

"Then do it. For their sake", Pugazh said.

"What ?", Ashwin said.
