My childhood was relatively normal besides the whole being an orphan thing... Emilia became our adoptive mother. Once Emilia adopted Ethan and I our future was somewhat more clear/brighter.

Eight years later...

Age fifteen

"ELLE WAKE UP!!!" Ethan shouted from downstairs. Ugh I hated waking up early for school. I quickly showered and put on my favorite pair of jeans with a t-shirt a hoodie and some tennis shoes. Since there is no point whatsoever in dressing up for school. It is just school not a fashion show. I ran downstairs while quickly putting my hair into a messy bun then grabbed the slice of toast and the smoothie that Emilia had made for us. As I quickly gobbled down the breakfast while grabbing my backpack Josh(y) was waiting to take us to school. Josh(y) was a couple months older than us so obviously he had his license and offered to take us to school. "Bye Emilia!!" I said to Emilia as I hurried to Joshua's car. "By Elle have a good day!!" Emilia said as soon as I closed the front door.

"Hey Josh!" I said as I hopped into his red convertible. Front seat obviously...If Ethan didn't beat me to it- "What's up Ellie." Josh said with his adorable smile. "Not much Joshy." I said with a blushed expression and a smile. Josh(y) and Ethan began blasting their rock music. Big surprise. I simply just listened to some romance songs on my headphones zoning out...Just imagining Josh and I...together... "Wake up lazy" Ethan said as we pulled into the parking lot. "We're at school a-already?" I said confused. "Well Ellie perhaps next time you shouldn't zone out." Josh said to me with his handsome smile. "And appreciate our music." Ethan said finally turning down their rock music. "Whatever." I scoffed at Ethan. "Are you on your period." Ethan said laughing. "No I am just miserable because you exist." I said with my smile as Ethan quickly shut up and Josh(y) burst into laughter.

Today was a typical day I went to all my classes ate lunch with Josh(y) and Ethan and went home with Josh(y) and Ethan. Today Emilia let Ethan and I go to Josh(y)'s house since she had an extra shift today at the hospital.

We watched a movie had Josh(y)'s house when suddenly. "Pause the movie guys i'm going to order some food." Ethan said getting up from the couch and heading outside. As I was about to go on my phone suddenly I felt someone right beside me...Josh... "E-Elle I h-have to tell y-you something..." Josh said with a puzzled expression on his face. "What's up?" I said. "I-I can't put it i-into words..." Josh said as I sat there confused. But then Josh swopped me into a kiss. "Josh- I- can't explain it either.." I said kissing him back. "So what now?" I said to Josh with the biggest smile on my face. "How about we go on an actual date?" Josh said. "I like that idea!" I said while smiling. "PIZZA TIME!! HeY!! Why are ya'll closer to each other!!" Ethan exclaimed as he walked through the door. "I-I u-uh w-was s-showing J-Josh this bracelet!!" "Uh-huh Josh you are my best friend Elle you are my twin are y'all sure nothing is going on" Ethan said while glaring at Josh. "Ethan!! I am offended how do you think that me and Josh could ever even think of going behind your back!! We are practically family I assure you there are no secrets whatsoever!!" "Okayyy-" Ethan said grabbing a slice of pizza then squeezing in between Josh and I. Great brothers are always such a joy to have!!

As Ethan and I walked home Ethan kept asking if I was sure there was nothing between Joshua Rodriguez and I. I obviously told him that he was just delusional because we are just friends which as y'all know is completely false. The whole day I could not stop thinking about the fact that Joshua likes me it feels as if I had waited my entire life for that moment.

I crashed onto my bed my thoughts only belonging to Josh in that moment. When suddenly...ring

Ellie💕🌹: "Hey Josh"
Joshua Rodriguez💕💍✨: "I have a question"
Ellie💕🌹: "What is it?"
Joshua Rodriguez💕💍✨:"Say you won't let go?"
Ellie💕🌹: "I'll never let go :))"
Joshua Rodriguez💕💍✨: "Goodnight mi amor"
Ellie💕🌹: ":))"
Oh my gosh!! He just called me "Mi amor" I can't with this guy he is adorable he is the best thing ever I hope that he stays in my life for as long as I live.
