"There we go."
I look at my hand and move my fingers. They look like normal again.
"This is amazing!"
"Thank you Sun!"
I look at my arms. They look just as they used to, nice and round. My bells look and sound magical again. Solara is a master at their craft.
"I'm so grateful for you Solara."
"Awww." She has a slight blush on their face. I snicker. I gently pat their head.
"Your coding should be back to normal, your facemold has been fixed and Moon's cap was sewn together again. I also fixed the pants and your sunrays, so you can shine again!"
I jump up from excitement and my own jingles bring me joy. I skip and hop around the room and I laugh.
"Solara, thank you for making us ourselves again. We would never be back to this without you and your father's amazing workshop."
"I'm glad I was able to fix you guys up! There were loads of scrap donations since the accident got leaked, people from all over the state have been bringing metal scraps that we melted into what we needed!"
"Really?!"
That brings a tear to my eye.
So many people care.
So many people helped us.
So many people felt for us.
I sniff.
"And guess what? I installed a safety protocol in your hardware, since you previously couldn't use your hands much. Now, in need, they can be used as defibrillators! You can help even more people!"
"That's lovely!"
She smiles.
"But, since the leaks, people have been wanting to see the animatronics again. They're sad you're no longer at the PizzaPlex."
"What do you mean? I can't be there now, the place burned down a week ago!" I sit down on the table again.
Solara looks at me.
"You forgot one thing; the devil works hard but Fazbear Entertainment works harder. They already had an entire new facility ready to go, and a new set of animatronics as well. There's a new main 4 and there is no more daycare. They've been experiencing a drop in customers because they all miss you and Moon."
I look Solara in the eyes.
"So... what do I do now? I don't want to go back to the PizzaPlex. Yeah I've made memories there, but things will never be the same. I'm safer away from Fazbear Entertainment than within their brand."
Solara's eyes light up.
"We have to record a message for the people."
"Elaborate?"
"We need to tell the people about you and your situation, maybe we can get help!"

It didn't take long before my friends and I were together again. Solara drove me in the family truck to a meadow. Multiple trucks were already there and I saw my friends getting out when we arrived. Solara let me out as well and I ran up to my friends.
Chica has a new beak and brand new voicebox, the cupcake is her companion.
Montgomery has his legs back and brand new arms. His glasses shine again.
Roxanne has her beautiful golden eyes back. Her hair looks wonderful and sparkly.
Even DJ Music Man looks brand new.
They all smile as they see me come over. We have a massive group hug. The mechanics are standing by, some with their arms proudly crossed, others wiping some tears off.
"Chica! Can you speak again?!"
"Absolutely! They even fixed up my little friend here, so I'll never feel alone again when I'm without you guys." She chuckles.
That makes me happy.
"I'm glad I can look around again. I missed seeing you. Especially Chica." Roxanne smiles.
"Hey now, I'm ready to rock and roll again!" Montgomery smirks and the others laugh.

Solara steps forward.
"So, we brought you guys here because we must thank your fans. After all, without them, you guys wouldn't look like this again. They've all come in and donated material to each of us, which gave us the ability to fix you all up again. So..." They smile. Another mechanic pulls out a tripod and a videocamera.
"We thought it would be cute if we would record a message for the fans! We can air it on national TV, we hired a spot in the news!"
Each of us cheer.
"Alright, each of you guys gets to say thank you to the camera, then you can tell your fans something personal like 'I can't wait to see you all again someday' or something like that. Is that okay with you guys?"
All of us agree and soon enough we get to practising and recording. Some takes end up in laughter and some takes end up in cheering.
But eventually we get the right take and we get to watch it back.
I said "thanks to all of you sunshines, me and my friends look amazing again! We hope to play with you again soon!"
I fought so hard against my own system, and managed to keep back the tears. But watching it back, I couldn't stop myself. Montgomery notices and puts and arm around me. I look at him and smile. He smiles back. I can see tear fluid drip from underneath his glasses. All of us are so grateful.
The video ends with all of us waving to the camera, and DJ Music Man throwing several peace signs. All of us agree that this take is the one and in one of the vans, people get to editing it. So, we get to freeroam. And thus, for the rest of that afternoon, we play in the wonderful flowerfield. Games like tag, hide and seek, and the floor is lava were the ones we played most often. I felt so whole in this moment, I wish it lasted forever.
But eventually, it was time to go back to the homes of the mechanics that took care of us. And soon enough, the news would air.

"We have exclusive updates from the incident that happened at the Mega PizzaPlex by Fazbear Entertainment, which burned down last week. The brand seems to have immediately moved on from the PizzaPlex and has already opened another establishment with new robotic friends. Yet, to our surprise as much as to yours, the old and beloved animatronics have left us on channel 12 a message, here it is!"
And there our video played. Some lovely music was put in it, and the editing was amazing. I crawl closer to Solara. She hugs me. I feel myself choking up again. I let it out this time though. Solara comforts me.
"The lovely bunch currently have no secure housing since their caretakers mostly have no space for the robots. So, you can email each caretaker via the following email adresses, every email adress corresponds to the animatronic whose name is in the tag. Once the robots find a fitting match, they can be adopted and taken home to be looked after, of course regularly keeping contact with their mechanics."
I look at Solara.
"I'm going to have a home?"
They nod.
"My family currently has no room, since all of us live together in this house. We'd love to keep you of course, but we just can't. But whenever something is wrong, or of you miss me at your new place, you can call me." She smiles.
I have never been more grateful for one person as I am for my dearest Solara.
