Bad Day - Ryan [Pt.2]

Idea: A few months have passed since John cheated on you and Ryan has been planning on bringing you out on a date with the help of the others.

Ever since John cheated on me, Ryan has done everything he could to try and cheer me up.

"Y/n! Get ready!" Regie said as we came into my room.

"Why? Where are we going?" I asked as I put my headphones down and paused my game.

"Not we, you. Come on, get ready. I'll meet you downstairs," He said as he grabbed my wrist and dragged me to my walk-in closet.

"Okay okay. I'm going," I said as I went inside my closet to change.

Regie's POV

As I left Y/n's room to change, I met Justin in the hall.

"Is he getting ready?" I asked as Justin gives me a nod.

"Yep. He's getting ready as we speak. How about Y/n?" He asked as I nodded as well.

"Okay. Good. Now we need a plan so that they don't suspect that it's just them," I said with a smile as Justin gives me a knowing smirk.

Y/n's POV

It's been about 2 hours now and we were at the movies.

"Why did Regie and Justin want us to go by ourselves?" Ryan asked as we were waiting in line to buy the tickets.

I shrugged my shoulders and since we were next in line, we both walked up to the counters.

"Hello. What movie?" The clerk asked us as Ryan glanced at me with a smirk before looking at the clerk.

He motioned for the clerk to come closer and when he did, he whispered in his ear as I looked at them in confusion.

The clerk glanced at both of us and nodded, telling us to follow him.

Ryan looked at me with a smile and grabbed my hand as we followed the clerk into an empty theater.

"Ryan. What's going on? The theater is empty. There's nobody here," I said as the clerk signaled us to go in.

"Exactly. Come on," He said as he grabbed my hand and dragged me closer to the movie screen.

"Ryan, what are you..." He let go of my hand and set his hands on my shoulders, gently pushing me down on the seat.

I looked at him in confusion before seeing a flash of light, making me look at the screen.

Multiple pictures of Ryan and I show up on the screen. I look to my right to see that Ryan was not next to me.

I look back to the screen to see more pictures of Ryan and I, making me smile.

Then a video came up, showing Ryan.

"Y/n. I don't know how to start this video, because I'm afraid it might be the end of our good acquaintance, or if I'm lucky, the realization of my dreams, which is for you to love me as I love you. I told myself I might as well take the risks because it's the only remedy I know that could unburden this feeling I've been keeping ever since,"

I stared at the screen in shock as I continued to watch the video.

"Y/n, I love you. I know you'll find it hard to believe me if I tell you now how much you mean to me. I could hardly understand what I feel for you, knowing how to endure those long sleepless nights just thinking only of you,"

'Is he... confessing?'

"I've never been like this before. I just don't know how to pour out my feelings for you. I wanted to find the perfect words to make you realize how much I need you and love you, but words continue to elude me, what would they be? Something poetic? I'm sure it should be heartfelt and out of the ordinary. I'm afraid it's no use; every time I look at you, the words came out the same... I love you!"

The video ends and without knowing, tears start to fall from my eyes as I wipe it off.

Just then, the lights turn back on and Ryan is standing in front of me, smiling as he holds a bouquet of flowers and the other boys are holding a sign that says: "Y/n... Will you be my girlfriend?"

I stare at Ryan in shock and nodded my head.

The boys then erupted in cheers and soon enough, confetti flew into the air.

Ryan gave me a smile and walked up to me, giving me a hug.

"Now we can call you guys (you and Ryan's ship name)," Sebastian says as I just roll my eyes with a smile.

"Yeah, no. Don't do that," Ryan said, giving him a look.

"(You and Ryan's ship name)!" The boys chanted, making me laugh.

"Guys, stop!" Ryan yelled but the boys didn't listen.

Ryan turned to look at me with a look but I just shrugged my shoulders.

He gave the boys one last look before shaking his head and grabbing my hand.

"Let's continue the date somewhere else without these guys," Ryan said with a roll of his eyes as he started to drag me out of the theater.

"Guys! Where are you going?" Justin asked us as Ryan just ignored him and continued to drag me out of the theater.

"Did you guys forget that we drove you?!" Regie yelled as I turn my head to see the boys running after us.

"Fine. We can go get something else," Ryan sighed, as the boys cheered.

"Great! Let's get boba!" Darren said as the boys cheered once more.

"Sorry about that. I promise you that I'll bring you on another date but without them," Ryan whispered, making me smile.

"It's fine. At least we get to spend time together," I said as we turned to each other.

"I know, but I want to bring you on another date with just us two," He said as he grabbed both of my hands.

"We can go tomorrow," I said with a smile as he looks at me with a smile as well.

He then glances at my lips and back at my eyes. I give him a smile as he starts to lean in.

Before you know it, he gives me a short kiss on the lips, one of his hands on my cheek.

"Guys! Stop making out and let's go!" Kane yelled making Ryan and I break apart.

"Okay, we're coming!" Ryan yelled as he gave me one last kiss before grabbing my hand and dragging me to Regie's car.
