Biglaan ang pagbangon ni Mila. Mataas na ang sikat ng araw. That was the first time she woke up late. When she goes to her bedroom last night, hindi agad siya nakatulog, she can't stop thinking their moments at the kitchen, it occupied her mind the whole night. Pagbaba niya, pumunta siya sa kusina para gumawa ng sandwich at magtimpla ng kape. Pagkatapos, pumunta siya sa may balcon.. Pagdating niya doon, inabutan niyang masayang nagkukwetuhan si Lolo Simon at Kenji. agad naman siyang binati pagkakita sa kanya.
Kenji: oh! My tour guide is here!.. good morning beautiful!
Lolo Simon: Good Morning, hija.. hmm tinanghali ka yata ng gising ngayon?
Kenji is smirking, tinarayan naman siya ni Mila. She's eating until her Grandfather speaks...

Mila: eh, kung gusto na pala niyang mamasyal, he could've asked one of the hands to tour him around. Hindi naman tatanggi ang mga tauhan dito sa hacienda.
Kenji: sorry, I thought you'll be hospitable enough to at least join me. I was wrong. Sige po, Don Simon, magpapasama na lang ako sa isa sa mga tauhan ninyo to stroll this place, like what she said..
Tumayo na siya, at pumasok sa bahay..
Lolo Simon: bakit ganoon ang pakikiharap mo kay Kenji, Mila? (He's disappointed) I didn't see something wrong that he did, for you to treat him like that. What's wrong with you?

Haay! Kahit labag sa kalooban ko sinunod ko pa rin si lolo...I can't find him anywhere so I asked one of the helper. She said he's at the stable, I saw him choosing some horse that he wants to ride with.....
Mila: that's stormdancer (The black horse that he's looking at). He's one of the tamest among all the horses here.
Kenji's POV
Hindi ko siya pinansin. I'm pretending that i didn't hear anything, siya kasi eh, I'm just being nice to her because she's going to be my future wife, but I realize i think it's my fault. Because I forced her last night but I don't understand she kissed me back and yeah! It's all because of me... Lumapit siya sa may bandang gilid ko...
Mila: you want to ride with him?
Kenji: (He still didn't response)
Mila's POV
Hhhmmm! Grabe ang pasensya ko sa'yong lalaki ka!. Okay inhale.. exhale.. para akong taong lipod dito or is it me na parang walang kinakausap?.. okay, I'll admit it's my fault because of my behavior.. Okay I'll try to talk to him again....
Mila: Marunong ka bang mangabayo?
Kenji: no...
Mila: hahahaha!!
Kenji: why are you laughing?
Mila: oops! Sorry ganyan ka din di ba? Remember?...
Kenji: oh! So you didn't forget that.. "last night"

Mila: (she's Looking at him angrily).. oo na! iaangkas na kita!. So that the other people can see that you can't ride a horse (she says sarcastically)
Kenji: okay lang, at least, they can see our sweetness...
Mila: sweetness your ass! The sweetness that you're talking about is in the sugar!.
He laugh so hard and she's irritated..
Kenji: I like your humor, Sweetie.
Because of irritation she chose the most dangerous horse that they have. She's not scared to ride with it because she's expert on riding a horse. She's learning to ride a horse when she was 5.
Mila: O, baka gusto mo pang buhatin kita paakyat? (She's insulting him)
Kenji: no need, my queen. (He inclined)
In one swift move, he was astride the horse. His arms were around her waist. She's trying to get it off but he might fall. Mas humigpit ang pagkakayap niya when the horse starts running.
Mila's POV
I feel that his breathing towards the back of my neck. And because of that, my attention was into him and temporarily lost my attention at the horse.. lalo pang lumipad ang isip ko, when his strong chest was into my back. I was disturbed by his manly scent.
When her attention was into the horse again, the horse is starting to panic. She did everything to calm down the horse, but the horse is still panicking. She just closed her eyes until they bounce off into the ground, when she opened her eyes, nakita niya si Kenji na hawak na ang renda. He expertly maneuvered the struggling horse. He's still holding her tightly, para hindi siya mahulog. Lalo pa siyang napasandig. Any seconds from now, the horse was calm. She immediately bounced off, hindi niya maiwasan ang pagkamangha niya kay Kenji at sa kabayo. Both were exuding such power.
She shook her head. afterwards, she snobs him again.
Mila: you lied to me.. akala ko ba hindi ka marunong mangabayo?
Kenji: okay, please stop snobbing me (he held her arms) I'm sorry...and for second thought, you just asked me if I know how to ride a horse, I said no, because I'm good at it...
Mila: kahit na! sana hindi ka na lang nagpaangkas sa akin!
Kenji: Kung hindi ako umangkas sa'yo, baka naaksidente ka na, ni hindi mo nga nakalma yung kabayo when it's started to freak out..
Mila: so, kasalanan ko pa ang nangyari? (kung hindi naman dahil sa'yo, hindi mawawala ang atensyon ko sa pagpapatakbo and second of all, kung hindi mo ako ininis hindi ko naman pipiliin yung kabayong yun).
Kenji: wala akong sinasabing ganyan...
Mila: ewan ko sa'yo! (She turned back at him and she walks away).
