The salty air tickled Gorou's nose, as he leaned over the side of the ship. A glittery landmass, more well known as Liyue, sparkled invitingly in the distance, getting closer by the minute. He walked over at a swift pace towards the closest crew member. "Sir, I was wondering how far we are from Liyue Harbour?" The brunette said excitedly, tail wagging. "Haha, we are around 10 minutes away, but don't hold your breath!" The crewmate chuckled, walking away slowly.As gorou disembarked from the boat, multiple sights, smells and sounds bombarded his senses. Two boys, who looked a little younger than him, approached the brunette. "Hello, my Liege!" One of them, a dark blue haired boy said in a friendly tone. "I suppose you are new here in Liyue?" The second boy, who had ice coloured hair simply bit into a similar coloured icy pole. "Oh, yes! I'm from Inazuma. The name's Gorou, it's nice to make your acquaintance." The dark haired boy grinned. "Yunyun!! I've found someone who speaks like meee!" 'Yunyun' just rolled his eyes. "ANYWAYS. I'm Xingqiu, and this incredibly rude, yet hot male is Chongyun, my lovely boyfriend!" Gorou chuckled. "I have decided," Xingqiu said with a toss of his short hair, "that Yunyun and I shall be your tour guides!""I didn't consent to this..." Chongyun mumbled. "Was that the wind? oh well." Xingqiu replies cheekily."So, you're here to find your boyfriend? How romantic!" Xingqiu swooned. "What he said. " Chongyun replied bluntly. "Nono! We aren't dating... Ive just had a crush on him forever. He's my childhood best friend, I suppose." Gorou blushed at their guesses. "I'm taking a page out of Xingqius book here, pun not intended, but like childhood lovers to friends is so cute.""HES LEARNING!!" Xingqiu shrieked excitedly. "ANYWAYS. What is this mystery boy's name? I may know him!" Gorou sighed."Kaedahara Kazuha. He has white hair with a red (period) streak. "Honestly, never heard of him... two people would know who he is... we should hope it's Beidou." Xingqiu mumbled the last part before running off again."BEIDOU BEIDOU!!" Xingqiu yelled loudly at the brunette woman. She looked over at him intimidatingly. "Hey, Xingqiu! 'Sup?" The gold eyed boy grinned. "This is my friend, Gorou. He was wondering if you knew his boyfriend, Kazuha?" Beidou's face drained of colour. "...You might want to check with Hu Tao. I don't know him. " The look Beidou, Xingqiu and Chongyun shared went unnoticed by Gorou."So, who is this Hu Tao?" Gorou said excitedly, tail wagging. The once positive energy surrounding his new friends had disappeared, and was now replaced with one of stress. "Uh..." Xingqiu stammered. Chongyun inhaled slowly. "She... she knows everyone. Big gossip, I suppose." He lied through his teeth. "Ah... were here!" Xingqiu said, not excited. "Hello, Xingqiu and oooh! Yunyuns here to! How much are you paying him? Do you have a dead body that needs to be passed to the afterlife? Who's your friend??" Hu Tao bombarded them with questions. "Tao!" Xingqiu said sharply. "We- Our friend, Gorou, was wondering if you knew someone called Kaedahara Kazuha?" Hu Tao giggled, walking into the parlour. "I'll be a second~"
5 minutes later, she returned. "He's on Mt Hulao. He said it reminded him of Inazuma? The very top. Good luck." She said solemnly.
Gorou let out a sob. He had reached Mt Hulao only to find a headtone, the name Kaedahara Kazuha engraved into it.
