After a very long and successful day of shopping we ended up at our favourite place to be. McDonald's.
We got our usual order and sat down on two seats far away from the other people there.
"Tell me about you new friend" happiness crawled up inside me that he's interested to know.
"We'll her name is Amelie and she's on vacation here with her boyfriend Etienne, there both 24 and she's a hairdresser and he's a business man" I only spoke to her for a few minutes but she gave me her number and said we should keep in touch and I agreed because I don't have many friends.
"Where does she live?" He puts his hand on my thigh. "Ooh she lives in new York like an hour away from us so when she gets back me, her and Emma can do stuff together. Emma will love her"
I'm so happy right now and being in Paris is the best I never wanna leave I'm definitely coming back.
"That's great beautiful, I can't wait to meet her" I lean over the table and kiss his lips it was short but passionate.
Our food came and we ate while we chatted about how amazing the last day has been and our plans for tomorrow both of us avoided the topic of back home.
"Ready" I nod and stood up and grabbed his hand we walked out of the mall and decided we would walk back because it wouldn't take long.
"This has been the best day sugar" he chuckled lightly "why the new nickname pretty" I smiled "you always treat me so sweet" he moved his hand to my waist.
"Oh I can be salty" he smirked. "Sugar is it ok if we have a chilled night, maybe watch a movie and cuddle" he pulled me closer to him the brisk Paris air prickling our skin.
"Whatever you want" he replied with a kiss on my forehead and we stopped for a second to just stand there.
"Please just hold me for a minute" he wrapped an arm around my waist and pushed my head into his chest with the other.
We just stood there with him holding me. I snuggled into him more losing myself in the feeling.
"Do you think it's gonna change when we get back home?" I whisper and he strokes the back of my head "I don't know baby" i hold on a little tighter knowing that he's lying. A lot will change.
"Let's get back ok it's getting cold" I nodded and he picked me up and I wrapped myself around him and nuzzled my head into the crook of his neck while he walked us back.
I could feel my eyes closing so I let them but the last thing I heard before I fell asleep was "everything will be okay baby".
